You have been approved to serve at The Food Truck Garden!  It is our goal to make this your FAVORITE spot to serve!  We will be asking for your feedback all along the way. 
 
GOOD NEWS:  You will only complete this form once.  We will maintain this information for you.  You will be able to log in and update any time, including changing/updating payment information.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  All trucks/trailers/carts must upload proof of insurance to this portal ($1m general liability and $1m auto).

Feel free to book as many shifts as you like.  The vending fees for YOUR FIRST THREE DATES at The Food Truck Garden are pre-paid using this application.  They are non-refundable (see our policies for more information.)  You will be entering stored payment information at the end of this form, however your payment will not be processed until confirmed by management.  Your reservation is not complete until the first three dates are paid.
 
After your THIRD visit, you will be given the option to pay cash upon arrival.  Of course, if more convenient, you can ask us to process the card saved here.  Please see payment policies for more information.

  • Trucks are required to provide their own power cord. Please indicate the length of the longest cord you have on hand.
  • How much time do you require for set-up?
  • Lunch service times are 11:00 am - 2:30. Trucks serving lunch MUST ARRIVE no later than 10:30 am and MAY NOT LEAVE earlier than 2:30 pm. If you are only serving lunch, we ask that you depart no later than 3:00 pm in order to accommodate trucks arriving for dinner set up.
  • Dinner service times are 4:30-8:30. Trucks serving dinner MUST ARRIVE no earlier than 3:00 and no later than 4:00 and MAY NOT LEAVE earlier than 8:30 pm.
  • Please list the initial dates you would like to be considered. You can add future dates via email. NOTE: Your payment method will be billed for the total # of dates you are approved. For instance: If you are approved for 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day, payment will be processed for those three days. If you apply for 3 dates and are only approved for 1, payment for 1 date will be processed.
  • Please review the FTG Policies file by clicking in the blue shaded "Related Files" box. By signing below, you indicate you have read, understand, and agree to comply with The Food Truck Garden policies and procedures.
