About the application
Artists & Craftsmen – Offering unique, creative, and often handmade products.
- $100 fee per 10' x 10' booth space.
- Artists and Craftsmen may reserve up to two (2) booth spaces.
- Artists and Craftsmen operating from a mobile truck or trailer that cannot fit within a standard 10' x 10' booth space may be subject to additional fees.
Application Review & Vendor Selection
The events committee will review each application based on the following criteria:
- Locality of Artist / Craftsman to the Lake Norman / Greater Charlotte area
- Quality and Uniqueness of Product or Service
- Relevance to Event-Specific Theme (if applicable)
- Interactive Element for Event Attendees
- Vendors are encouraged to incorporate interactive elements into their booths to attract attendees and enhance the overall festival experience.
Vendor spaces are limited, and popular categories tend to fill quickly. To ensure a diverse and enjoyable festival experience, we strive to maintain a balanced mix of vendors and may limit the number of exhibitors offering similar products or services.
Applications are reviewed individually, and submission does not guarantee acceptance. We encourage vendors to apply early, as certain categories may reach capacity before the application deadline.
Acceptance notifications will be issued on a rolling basis beginning October 8, 2026, through April 10, 2027.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Vendor spaces are 10' x 10'. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and other setup materials.
- A limited number of tents, tables, and folding chairs are available to rent. Vendors may reserve these items during the final step of the application process.
- Electrical access is available for an additional fee and may be requested during the final step of the application process.
- We do NOT accept direct sales representatives (e.g., Mary Kay, Scentsy, LipSense, Paparazzi, etc.).
- Reservation fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@oldtowncornelius.com.
