About the application
We love our community! Does your orginization offer a service that supports our community? We allow a limited number of community partners to set up at our events. Preference is given to 501(c)3 orginizations.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
1) All booth spaces are out-of-doors, on un-level ground/grass with limited access.
2) Set-up will be Saturday from 8:00am - 9:30am & vehicles must be moved to the parking lot by 9:30am.
3) Parking: after you have unloaded your vehicle, please move it to all day parking nearby.
4) Someone must be present at your booth at all times.
5) Each booth must be free of litter. Trash containers will be provided.
6) Catawba Co. Hist. Assoc. can assume NO responsibility for loss / damage of your work.
7) Display/items must be family friendly (No profanity, politics or nudity).
8) Check in upon arrival to site at driveway at top of hill in front of John Murray House.
9) Vendor canopies should be secured to avoid fly away, but free of tent ropes/cords that obstruct walking traffic at tent.
10) Space heaters must be a minimum of 3’ away from tent walls and merchandise.
11) Booth space is limited and CCHA reserves the right not to honor a request for a booth.
