Vendor Application

Join the City of Hampton for the annual Halloween in Hampton Fall Festival on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 3:00–6:00 PM in Downtown Hampton.

This family-friendly community celebration will feature free candy, face painting, games, rides, music, vendors, and plenty of Halloween fun.

Local businesses, community partners, nonprofit organizations, City departments, boards, and vendors are invited to participate. All participating groups must provide and distribute candy to children throughout the event.

Participants are encouraged to decorate their booths and dress in family-friendly costumes. Decorations, costumes, merchandise, and displays must be appropriate for children and families.

VENDOR INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Each participating vendor or organization must:

Complete and submit an Eventeny application.
Receive approval before participating.
Provide enough individually wrapped candy to distribute throughout the entire event.
Supply all tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, and other items needed for the booth.

Keep the booth staffed from 3:00–6:00 PM.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming booth.
Remove all trash, supplies, and decorations after the event.
Follow all instructions provided by City of Hampton staff.

Sell or distribute only the products, services, or information listed on the approved application.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. The City of Hampton reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on available space, event needs, product duplication, safetyconcerns, or appropriateness for a family-friendly event.
