Terms & Conditions
Vendors’ General Information –
Festival Hours: The Aubrey Haunted Harvest 5:30pm-9:30pm.
Location: The event takes place in downtown Aubrey with vendor booths located in Veterans Memorial Park at 301 S. Main Street in Aubrey, TX.
Tax: 8.25% sales tax applies to any item sold, and as the vendor, you are solely responsible for this tax.
Registration fees: A $50 fee for any returned check will be assessed.
Booth Setup: All vendors participating in the event are to be set up by 5:15pm and not dismantled before
9:30 pm.
NO EARLY SETUPS ARE ALLOWED: Vendors’ tents/setup must not infringe upon neighboring spaces or public areas. Exhibitors may not relocate or move from their assigned space without expressed consent from the Event Coordinator.
Booth Sub‐let: Booth space allocated under this contract is for the below-signed vendor and may not be subleased.
NO GENERATORS. Generators are prohibited.
Display Area: Display areas are an average of 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep and located in the park. Vendors must provide their own display set-up: tent (of any color), panels, tables, chairs, etc. Tents or coverings must be self-supporting. Drilling or puncturing concrete/asphalt surface is strictly prohibited. No music shall be played during event hours.
Tent Weights: All tents must be weighed down. No stakes.
Vendor Parking: NO VEHICLE OF ANY KIND may remain on the festival grounds. All vehicles must be removed by 5:30 pm. Failure to comply will be subject to POLICE INTERVENTION AND TOW AT VENDORS EXPENSE.
Inclement Weather: The Event Coordinator and production company will determine in the event needs to be canceled due to the weather. Exhibitors must supply protective coverings/equipment needed to display their work. There will be no refunds. In the event of cancellation, when at all possible, the event will be rescheduled, and your booth will still be available on the new date.
Payment: Mail checks made payable to the City of Aubrey at 510 Rockhill Rd. Aubrey, TX 76227 or you may pay by cash or card(+fee).

- I hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the application, release and hold harmless the City of Aubrey and its officers, employees, volunteers, committees and boards, from and against any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or actions (including costs and attorney’s fees) for bodily injury and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law. This release of liability and damage agreement shall include indemnity against all costs (including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and court costs), expenses and liabilities incurred in or in connection with any such claim or proceeding brought thereon and in defense thereof.
