Thumper Run returns to Wildside Winery for its seventh year, and we're celebrating with our biggest Easter egg hunt yet!

Bring the whole family for a wonderful spring afternoon on the farm. We're hiding an incredible 6,000 Easter eggs across our grassy fields and vineyard spaces, with separate hunting areas for different age groups so our littlest egg hunters can join the fun.

But Thumper Run is about so much more than finding eggs!

Families make a day of it at Wildside. Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs, find a comfortable spot on the lawn, and settle in for an afternoon of live music, delicious food, sweet treats, and time together in the spring sunshine.

🌷 WHAT TO EXPECT

🥚 6,000 Easter Eggs! Our giant egg hunt begins promptly at 2:00 PM, with designated hunting areas for different age groups.

🐰 Easter Bunny Photos! Bring your camera for complimentary photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny.

🎶 Live Music! Spread out your picnic blanket and enjoy an afternoon of music on the farm. Entertainment lineup to be announced!

🛍️ NEW! Curated Family-Friendly Market! We're expanding our seventh annual celebration with a thoughtfully selected collection of vendors, children's activities, handmade treasures, and playful experiences.

🎨 Fun for the Kids! Discover creative activities, face painting, and other family-friendly experiences from participating vendors.

🍧 Festival Food & Sweet Treats! Enjoy a variety of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and treats available for purchase.

📸 Springtime Memories! Capture beautiful family moments throughout the winery grounds.

🍷 Something for the Grown-Ups! Wildside wines, wine slushees, and other refreshments will be available for purchase.

Thumper Run is one of our favorite Wildside traditions, bringing families together to celebrate spring, enjoy the outdoors, and make lasting memories.

Admission, parking, and participation in the Easter egg hunt are completely free. No tickets required!

Food, beverages, vendor merchandise, and select activities will be available for purchase.

Children, families, and friendly leashed dogs are welcome.

🛍️ NEW FOR 2027 — CURATED VENDOR MARKET

For our seventh year, we're introducing an exciting new addition to Thumper Run: a curated market created especially for children and families!

We're inviting applications from vendors and activity providers who can bring something fun, creative, delicious, or memorable to the celebration.

We're especially interested in:

• Shaved ice, snow cones, cotton candy, popcorn, cookies, and other sweet treats
• Face painting, balloon artists, and interactive children's activities
• Handmade toys, children's gifts, Easter-themed creations, and crafts
• Family-friendly food vendors and refreshing beverages
• Unique experiences that make the day even more special for children

Vendor participation is curated. Applications will be reviewed to create a balanced mix of products, activities, and experiences that complement the family-focused atmosphere of Thumper Run.

We look forward to welcoming new creative partners to this beloved Wildside tradition!

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 7th Annual Thumper Run Easter Egg Hunt at Wildside Winery!

Thumper Run is a free, family-friendly community celebration featuring 6,000 Easter eggs, live music, and an afternoon of activities. For 2027, we're introducing a curated vendor market designed to enhance the experience for children and families.

By submitting an application and participating in this event, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Application & Selection
All vendor applications are subject to approval by Wildside Winery.

Thumper Run is a curated event. Priority will be given to vendors offering children's activities, sweet treats, family-friendly merchandise, interactive experiences, and products that complement the Easter celebration.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Wildside Winery reserves the right to select vendors based on product offerings, event suitability, variety, and available space.

2. Vendor Fees & Payment
A $5 nonrefundable application fee is required at the time of application submission. This fee covers application processing and does not guarantee acceptance.

Approved applicants will be charged the applicable vendor booth fee immediately upon acceptance through Eventeny.

By submitting an application, vendors authorize payment of the applicable booth fee upon approval.

Booth spaces are confirmed once the application has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

All application and vendor fees are nonrefundable, including if a vendor withdraws or is unable to attend the event or its rescheduled date.

3. Setup & Event Hours
Event Hours: 12:00–5:00 PM
Easter Egg Hunt: 2:00 PM sharp

Vendor setup instructions and arrival times will be provided before the event.

All vendors must be fully set up and ready for guests before the event opens at noon.

Vendors are expected to remain open for the entire event. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.

Vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking areas immediately after unloading.

4. Booth Spaces & Equipment
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and other equipment.

All tents must be properly weighted, staked, or otherwise securely anchored to withstand outdoor conditions.

Electricity is not available. Vendors requiring power must provide their own appropriate power source.

Booth placement will be determined by Wildside Winery.

5. Products & Activities
Vendors may sell or provide only the products and services approved in their applications.

All merchandise, activities, and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly event.

Vendors offering children's activities must maintain appropriate supervision and safety practices.

Food and beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and health department approvals.

The sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages by outside vendors is prohibited.

6. Vendor Presentation & Professionalism
We're committed to creating a welcoming, attractive, and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Vendors are expected to maintain clean, organized, and inviting booth spaces throughout the event.

Professional, courteous interactions with guests, fellow vendors, volunteers, and Wildside staff are required.

Vendors must keep their assigned spaces free of trash and remove all materials when departing.

7. Safety & Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for the safety of their displays, equipment, products, and activities.

All walkways, emergency access routes, and designated egg hunt areas must remain clear.

Wildside Winery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

8. Weather & Rescheduling
Thumper Run is an outdoor event. In the event of severe weather or conditions that make the event unsafe or impractical, Wildside Winery will reschedule the celebration rather than cancel it.

All approved vendor registrations and payments will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

Vendors will be notified of any schedule changes as promptly as possible.

Vendor fees are nonrefundable, including in situations where a vendor is unable to attend the rescheduled date.

Wildside Winery reserves the right to adjust event activities, schedules, and booth placement as necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

9. Photography & Promotion
Wildside Winery may photograph or record vendor booths, products, and event activities for promotional purposes.

Vendors are encouraged to submit photographs of their products and links to their business social media accounts for possible inclusion in event marketing.

Participation does not guarantee individual promotional coverage.

10. Agreement
By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Vendors acknowledge that a $5 nonrefundable application fee will be charged upon submission and that the applicable booth fee will be charged immediately upon acceptance.

Wildside Winery reserves the right to remove any vendor who fails to comply with event policies or whose conduct creates a safety concern or disrupts the event.
