Non-Juried Crafts Application

The Inman Park Neighborhood Association invites you to apply to participate in the annual Inman Park Festival and Tour of Homes on April 24–25, 2027. Set along Inman Park’s tree-lined streets, the festival features a non-juried Street Market and a juried Arts & Crafts Exhibition. The Street Market welcomes antiques, furniture, memorabilia, and other unique items, while the Arts & Crafts Exhibition showcases artists’ original work.

By applying to participate in our festival, you acknowledge that this is an electronic agreement and confirm your acceptance of its terms.

Categories include:

• Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.
• Consumables: Body products, candles, sauces, spices etc. (non-juried only).
• Fiber/Leather: Wearable and non-wearable works made from fiber or leather.
• Garden Art: Art suitable for the garden/yard.
• Glass: Functional or sculptural work.
• Jewelry: Wearable art.
• Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal.
• Mixed Media: Work that combines two or more materials or artistic media in a single piece.
• Other: Work in a medium not represented by another category (non-juried only).
• Painting/Drawing: Original paintings and drawings, as well as limited-edition reproductions that are signed and numbered.
• Pet Items: Products for pets (non-juried only).
• Photography: Includes traditional film and digital photography.
• Printmaking: Limited editions signed and numbered original prints.
• Wood: Hand-tooled, machine-worked, turned, or carved.

Please review the following requirements before applying to exhibit at the 2027 Inman Park Festival. These guidelines cover application deadlines, jury decisions, booth fees and dimensions, setup and parking, merchandise restrictions, safety requirements, and exhibitor responsibilities.

• The booth fee for both days is $375 for one 10’ deep × 15’ wide space. Each additional booth space costs $375. All booth spaces are located in the street.
• Applications must be submitted by Friday, March 19, 2027. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline or on the day of the festival.
• All work to be exhibited at the Arts & Crafts show must be the artist’s original work. Manufactured or kit objects and/or ceramics cast from commercial molds will not be considered for the Arts & Crafts Exhibition. Exhibition officials have the authority to reject or disqualify any work.
• The Inman Park Arts & Crafts Committee will jury all applications and may accept or reject any or all work represented in the images submitted with an application. The jury will review Arts & Crafts applications on January 24, February 21, and March 20, 2027.
• Applications will be juried as they are received (see dates above), and when the slots are filled no more applications will be accepted. Overflow or rejections from Arts & Crafts will not automatically get a space in the Street Market area. 
• Merchandise may not be sold or displayed at the Inman Park Festival if it creates a public nuisance, generates large quantities of litter, bears the Inman Park butterfly logo, includes the words “Inman Park,” or otherwise links the merchandise to Inman Park. Food and beverages may not be sold in the Arts & Crafts or Street Market areas without prior approval. Amplified music, compressors, and generators are prohibited.
• The setup for the exhibitor show will be Saturday, April 24, from 6:30AM to 10:30AM. The booth permits are distributed at check-in on the 24th. Festival volunteers will be at the exhibit area to direct you to your assigned booth for unloading.
• After unloading, vendor vehicles must be moved promptly to designated parking lots. A vendor may bring a maximum of two vehicles for the first booth space and one additional vehicle for a second booth space. Parking is limited, so please pack accordingly.
• Vendor vehicles are subject to size restrictions. Trucks with dual axles or more than four wheels are prohibited. Trailers may not exceed 18’ in length or 7’4” in height.
• Electricity is not provided.
• Tables, chairs, and tents are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
• Pets are prohibited at the festival by city ordinance Sec. 142-63(e). The Inman Park Festival is a “Class B” festival, and anyone with a pet in the festival footprint is subject to a citation from the Atlanta Police Department.
• The City of Atlanta festival ordinance requires tents to be certified as flame-resistant and compliant with CPAI-84 and NFPA 701 requirements.
• The City of Atlanta prohibits tents from being staked on grassy edges or in parks, so vendors must bring appropriate tent weights. Vendors should also bring adequate protection for their booths and be prepared for changing weather conditions.
• Security personnel will be provided, and reasonable care will be exercised. However, the Inman Park Festival is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged or for injuries to anyone participating in the show. Exhibitors who desire insurance must secure their own coverage.
• The show will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled.
• You will be notified of the Arts & Crafts or Street Market Committee’s decision no later than March 24, 2027. Accepted exhibitors will receive an acceptance email and directions to the exhibit area.
• Judging of Arts & Crafts exhibitors will begin at 12:00PM on Saturday, April 24. Awards are $500 for first prize, $300 for second prize, $150 for third prize, and $50 each for three honorable mentions.
