Terms & Conditions
- You will not be charged when you submit your application. You will only be charged upon approval
- Processing fees are not fees of Windy City Market, these are fees charged by the credit card processing company and eventeny for maintaining this platform.
- No Refunds or credits for absolutely any reason unless in the highly unlikely event that the event is cancelled by us or the venue
- Event is completely indoors
- Vendor may leave their belongings overnight for two day participants
- By committing to this event you agree to help in the promotional efforts
- Late/no shows will forfeit their space and will not receive a refund
- No MLM Companies allowed
- Spaces are for small businesses, if you are a corporation please email sergio@windycitymarket.net for partnership/sponsor information
- Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, racks etc.
- We do not make special vendor accomodations, we assign them in order in which payment is received (Exceptions are made for our senior or disabled vendors)
