About the application
Welcome to the Statesboro Renaissance Faire! We look forward to offering our patrons a wide range of food options to sate their hunger and thirst.
We are looking for

- Snack Vendors
- Lemonade or other drink Vendor
This year we are looking to offer our patrons a wider range of food options including.

- Vegan
- Other Dietary Conscious foods.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Refund Policy:
You may refund your vendor application at any time up to August 1st. After Aug. 1st, refunds may be made at our discretion based on circumstances.
Hours of Operation:
All merchants must be open and fully operational during all posted public hours of the Faire. Patrons who visit later in the day, deserve the same full experience as those who arrive when gates open.
Communication:
Communication is primarily done through Eventeny, emails and Facebook.
Setup time:
Vendors may begin placing their tents Thursday and Friday before the event. Setup must be completed an hour before the gates open. Please follow our email chain for more information.
Booth Setup:
Tents are prefered and pop-ups are allowed, as long as you are adequetely prepared for wind and adverse weather. Bring a min. 40lbs per tent leg to keep secure. The ground is grassy gravel and tent pegs are difficult. Booths may have up to 3 people. Additional help will require tickets for the faire.
Right of Refusal:
We reserve the right to reject a vendor even after approval. If we choose to use this right, the vendor shall receive a full refund of vendor fees and associated processing fees.
Average Weather Sept:
83-64F, with a chance of precipitation, Sunrise/Sunset 7:30 AM/ 7PM. This event will occur RAIN or SHINE!

| Food Truck | $700.00 | This is food trucks, the facility has 30-amp outlets. We have had difficulty with them in the past and recommend having a generator option available. Power to be included with this spot, though given the history of the facility, you must provide a backup power supply. | |
