About the application
Live On Sunset is a one-day concert, featuring outdoor activations, food and beverage, and one main stage with cross-generational, multi-genre musical performances that celebrate the storied history of The Sunset Strip, one of the most iconic music destinations in the world.

Who We’re Looking for: We are accepting applications for exhibitors who exemplify the music, style, and history of the iconic Sunset Strip, with a particular focus on exhibitors/vendors who offer enhanced and interactive booth experiences that demonstrate a meaningful connection to the spirit of the event and the Sunset Strip.

Merchant packages include the following:
- 10’ x 10’ exhibitor space
- 1 Tent, 1 Table & 2 Chairs
- Access to Power & Lights
- Waived Peddlers Permit Fee
Application Deadline:
The deadline to submit applications is October 23, 2026 at 11:59PM PST. Due to limited space, the completion of this application does not guarantee participation. Notification of selection will be provided on or before October 30, 2026.
Terms & Conditions:
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to secure your exhibitor space.
There is no cost to participate in this inaugural event and peddler's permit fees are waived. Food & Beverage vendors will be subject to a small permit fee.
All exhibitors must agree to a liability waiver as part of the application process. Food & Beverage vendors will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance.
The City of West Hollywood reserves the right to approve any Exhibitor items for distribution or sale. The distribution and/or sale of tobacco, vaping products, cannabis, alcohol, and weapons are strictly prohibited.
