Celebrate the season at Wildside Winery’s Christmas Market, a two-day holiday shopping experience featuring talented artists, crafters, and food vendors! Set in our beautiful vineyard, this festive market is the perfect place to find unique, handcrafted gifts while enjoying a glass of warm mulled wine and embracing the holiday spirit.

Vendor spaces are available both indoors and outdoors, with assignments made upon arrival based on availability. Vendors can select from the remaining spaces at check-in. 

Guests can explore a variety of artisan-made goods, seasonal décor, and delicious treats, making this a must-visit holiday shopping destination. Whether you create handmade crafts, gourmet foods, or festive treasures, this is a great opportunity to showcase your work to a crowd ready to shop for the season.

Wildside Winery Christmas Market 2026 – Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and participating as a vendor at the 2026 Wildside Winery Christmas Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Dates & Hours

Saturday, December 5, 2026: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, December 6, 2026: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Vendors are expected to be open and operational during all advertised event hours.
2. Vendor Setup & Breakdown

Setup begins at 9:00 AM each day.
Spaces are assigned upon arrival based on availability. Vendors may select from remaining available spaces at check-in.
All vendors must be fully set up by 11:30 AM each day. Late arrivals may forfeit their space without a refund.
Vendors must remain open for the duration of the event and may not begin breakdown before the market closes.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of trash, merchandise and equipment at the end of each day.
3. Vendor Spaces

A mix of indoor and outdoor spaces is available.
Spaces are not reserved in advance and are selected on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.
Wildside Winery does not provide tables, chairs or tents. Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their setup.
All tents must be properly secured with weights. Staking is not permitted on winery grounds.
Vendors should come prepared for December temperatures and changing weather conditions.
4. Products & Sales

Vendors must offer handmade, handcrafted, artisan, specialty food or other approved products. Resale of mass-produced or third-party merchandise is not permitted.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to decline applications or merchandise that does not align with the nature or quality of the market.
Vendors may sell only the types of products represented in their application unless additional items have been approved by Wildside Winery.
Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions, including cash, credit card processing and applicable taxes.
Food vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable health department regulations and obtaining any required permits or licenses.
5. Vendor Fees & Cancellation

Vendor fees are non-refundable and due upon acceptance.
Vendor fees reserve participation in the event and may not be transferred to another vendor without prior approval from Wildside Winery.
If the entire event is canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Wildside Winery will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the market.
6. Conduct & Liability

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, fellow vendors and Wildside Winery staff.
Alcohol sales, samples or distribution by vendors are strictly prohibited. Wildside Winery is the sole provider of alcoholic beverages on the property.
Vendors are responsible for the security and safety of their own merchandise, displays, equipment and personal belongings.
Wildside Winery is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to vendor property, equipment or merchandise.
Vendors agree to hold harmless Wildside Winery, its owners, employees and affiliates from claims, damages or liabilities arising from their participation in the event, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
7. Parking & Load-In/Out

Vendors may unload in designated areas during setup.
Vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking immediately after unloading.
No vendor vehicles will be permitted in the event area during market hours.
Vehicles may not return to the event area for load-out until the market has officially closed and Wildside staff determines it is safe to do so.
8. Photography & Promotion

Wildside Winery may photograph or record the Christmas Market for social media, advertising and future event promotion.
By participating, vendors acknowledge that their booth, products and/or representatives may appear in this content.
9. Agreement to Terms

By submitting an application and participating in the Wildside Winery Christmas Market 2026, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
