We’re looking for ONE Jewelry Vendor to join us for a special 40th Birthday Celebration!

This is an exclusive vendor opportunity, as only one jewelry vendor will be selected for the event.

We’re seeking a professional vendor offering stylish, high-quality jewelry and accessories that will complement the atmosphere of the celebration and provide guests with a fun shopping experience.

Jewelry may include earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, statement pieces, fashion jewelry, handcrafted pieces, and other unique accessories.

Please submit information about your business, the products you offer, your pricing range, and photos or examples of your jewelry and vendor setup.

Only one Jewelry Vendor will be selected, so space is extremely limited.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Selection: Only ONE jewelry vendor will be selected for this event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

• Approved Products: The selected vendor may only sell the jewelry and related accessories described in the approved application. Additional product categories must receive prior approval.

• Products & Inventory: The vendor is responsible for providing all merchandise, inventory, displays, signage, packaging, payment equipment, and other materials necessary to operate during the event.

• Product Quality: All merchandise must be presented professionally and accurately represented to customers. Vendors are responsible for clearly communicating product materials, care instructions, and other relevant product information when applicable.

• Pricing: All pricing must be clearly displayed or communicated to guests. All sales, payments, taxes, refunds, exchanges, warranties, and customer service matters are the responsibility of the vendor.

• Setup & Breakdown: The selected vendor must arrive during the designated setup period and have their space completely set up before guests arrive. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the designated vendor hours unless otherwise approved.

• Vendor Space: The vendor must remain within the assigned space and may not transfer, share, or sublease the space without prior approval.

• Displays: All tables, displays, signage, merchandise, and equipment must remain within the designated vendor area and should be arranged in a neat, attractive, and safe manner.

• Professional Conduct: Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and welcoming presence and interact respectfully with guests, event staff, venue representatives, and other participating vendors.

• Licenses & Compliance: The vendor is responsible for maintaining any business licenses, permits, insurance, sales tax requirements, or other approvals applicable to their business and products.

• Loss, Theft & Damage: Vendors are responsible for securing their merchandise, equipment, personal belongings, and money. The event host and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Liability: The vendor participates at their own risk and is responsible for their merchandise, displays, equipment, transactions, and interactions with customers. The event host and venue are not responsible for injury, property damage, product-related claims, or other losses arising from the vendor’s participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

• Event Changes: Event details, including vendor placement, setup requirements, schedule, and other logistics, may be adjusted when necessary.

• Acceptance: By submitting this application, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and that I have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
