Vendor Application

Welcome to Quest Day, taking place on October 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM at The Vista Mall in Lewisville, Texas.

We are inviting businesses, collectors, retailers, and specialty vendors to join us for a day focused on TCGs, collectibles, gaming, anime, comics, toys, and pop culture. Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products, connect with new customers, and be part of a growing local gaming and collector community.

Please complete the application below with accurate information about your business and the products you plan to sell. Applications will be reviewed to ensure that merchandise and vendor types are appropriate for the event.

Important: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Your booth is not considered secured until your application has been approved and payment has been received.

By submitting this application and purchasing a booth, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Quest Day Vendor Terms & Conditions. This application serves as an electronic agreement.

Agreement: Submitting an application and purchasing a booth confirms that the vendor has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Electronic submission constitutes acceptance.
Approval & Booths: Applications are subject to approval. Booth locations are assigned by Quest Day and may not be transferred, shared, or subleased without approval.
Merchandise: Vendors must sell only legal and authorized merchandise. Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products are prohibited. Food, alcohol, weapons, tobacco, and other restricted products require prior approval.
Booth Setup: Vendors are responsible for their own tables, displays, merchandise, and payment equipment unless otherwise stated. Displays must remain within the assigned space and cannot block aisles or exits.
Event Hours: Vendors are expected to be set up and operational for the scheduled event. Vendors must follow all setup and breakdown instructions.
Payment & Refunds: Booths are not secured until payment is received and the application is approved. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the event's stated cancellation policy.
Conduct: Vendors must follow Quest Day and Vista Mall rules and maintain professional conduct. The organizer may remove vendors who violate these terms, venue rules, or applicable laws.
Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, employees, guests, licenses, permits, and applicable taxes. Quest Day is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property.
Photography: Vendors acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during the event and used for Quest Day promotional purposes.
Event Changes: Quest Day reserves the right to make reasonable changes to booth assignments, layout, schedule, or event procedures when necessary.
