HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate in this event, by execution of this entry form, I hereby release and discharge the City of Taylor, Texas, and its officers, employees, directors, agents, representatives, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims arising from or related to my participation in the event, from any cause that may be suffered by me or to my person or property.

Further, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Taylor, Texas, and its officers, employees, directors, agents, representatives, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from or resulting from my conduct or the conduct of any person accompanying, assisting, or cooperating with me under my direction or control.

I further agree that any photographs or videos of me, my vehicle, property, or participation in the event may be used by the City of Taylor for promotional, informational, or other lawful purposes without compensation.
