Sign Up To Become A Vendor At Mountain Music Festival
Please complete this application in full. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the Festival. Applications MUST be received by January 31, 2027. If accepted full payment will be charged at time of acceptance.
NOTE: Only the products listed on this application will be allowed to be sold in the festival if you are selected.
The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last minute cancellations due to the weather. Please plan accordingly.
Hours of Operation: Vendors must be open Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Required hours of operation will be Thurday 2pm-2am, Friday 2pm-2am, Saturday 2pm-2am. You may be open outside of these hours as the general public will have access to the vendor area 24 hours during the three day event. There will also be attendees onsite Wednesday if you wish to operate then as well.
Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance. If accepted full payment will be charged immediately at time of acceptance. Your booth assignments will be emailed 2 weeks prior to the event.
Electricity: Electricity is provided for all booths. You can expect 110v service with a 15-amp breaker.
Location: We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction. At the vendor coordinator discretion vendor location may be moved, prior to set up, for any reason.
Camping:Vendors will be allotted two tickets for the event along with camping in the vendor camping area for free. If you wish to camp inside the festival grounds with your booth you may but no outside food or beverages is allowed inside due to West Virginia Alcohol Board of Control laws. Security will be provided during all hours of the event.
Additional vendor passes can be purchased at a discounted rate.

Terms & Conditions
All vendor sales are final. No refunds, transfers or exchanges. All vendors are subject to approval and must complete an application for consideration. Everything you bring MUST fit into your assigned vendor space and meet fire marshal regulations. Upon acceptance full payment will be charged immediately at time of acceptance.

- Please read carefully The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless ACE Adventure Resort and Mountain Music Festival from any and all expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way related to the Vendor’s participation in the Mountain Music Festival. I understand that it is my responsibility to man my booth at all times. It is my responsibility to secure my booth. I understand ACE Adventure Resort and Mountain Music Festival are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items. I have read and understand the Mountain Music Festival Rules and Regulations, and I agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I understand that if I do not comply, I and the organization or entity I represent, if any, will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursement of fees paid and excluded from future participation in Mountain Music Festival events.
