XOXO, The Refinery Vendor Application

Join us for XOXO, The Refinery, our Gossip Girl–themed event on November 14th from 3:30PM–7:30 PM at The Refinery Pilates Studio in Riverside.

The evening will include two Pilates classes followed by a shopping and Gossip Girl viewing experience. We’re looking for local businesses and vendors to join us for the shopping portion of the event, giving guests the opportunity to browse and shop while enjoying the remainder of the evening.

Please complete this application if you’re interested in participating as a vendor. Applications will be reviewed by The Refinery team, and selected vendors will be contacted with additional event, setup, and payment details.

• Vendor spaces are limited

By submitting this application and paying the applicable vendor fee, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Vendor fees are non-refundable. The Refinery does not guarantee any specific amount of sales, revenue, or customer engagement. Refunds will not be issued based on vendor sales or event performance.

• The individual submitting the application and payment must be present and actively working the vendor booth/cart for the duration of the event. Vendor spaces may not be transferred or given to another individual or business without prior approval from The Refinery.

• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, displays, payment processing, setup, breakdown, and personal belongings unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Vendors participate in the event at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, vendors agree to release and hold harmless The Refinery, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from claims arising from the vendor’s participation, including loss, theft, property damage, or personal injury, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

• Vendors are responsible for maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or other requirements applicable to their business and products.

• Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and follow all event, studio, setup, and breakdown instructions provided by The Refinery.
