About the application
Welcome to the first annual ChronoCon!
Join us Saturday, February 20, 2027 at the Williamson County Ag Expo Park in Franklin, TN. We're building a show floor for comic, toy, and card collectors, and we want dealers and creators who love this stuff as much as our attendees do.
WHO CAN EXHIBIT?
Vendors: dealers of comics, toys, action figures, trading card games, sports and non-sports cards, graded collectibles, video games, and pop culture merchandise.
Artist Alley: creators selling their own original work, including comic artists, illustrators, writers, independent publishers, crafters, and cosplay makers.
We don't accept MLM companies, games of chance, counterfeit or unlicensed merchandise, or products unrelated to comics, toys, cards, or pop culture.
BOOTH OPTIONS
10x10 Vendor Booth: $200.
Includes one 6' table, two chairs, and two exhibitor badges.
10x20 Vendor Booth: $400.
Includes two 6' tables, four chairs, and up to four exhibitor badges. Available at row ends and select wall locations.
Artist Alley Table: $100.
Includes one 6' table, one chair, and two exhibitor badges.
ADD-ONS
- Additional exhibitor badge: $10 each

- Electricity is available for an additional $30 fee
- Booths are on two levels: the Arena Floor and the Mezzanine. Locations are assigned by ChronoCon as applications are approved.
- Load-in: Friday, February 19, 2027
- Show hours: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2027 - 10:00AM - 7:00PM
- Load-out: begins after the show floor closes
- Parking is free on site.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION
1. Approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee space. ChronoCon reviews every application and may accept or decline any exhibitor.
2. Badges. Each booth and table includes two exhibitor badges for the people staffing it. Additional badges are $10 each. Badges may not be sold, transferred, or given away.
3. No subletting. Renting, selling, sharing, or subletting your space is not allowed without written approval from ChronoCon.
4. Placement. Booth and table locations for year one are assigned by ChronoCon. We'll do our best to honor requests, but the floor plan may change.
5. Merchandise. Everything sold must be legal and properly licensed. Counterfeit, bootleg, or unlicensed items will be removed, and the exhibitor may be asked to leave without a refund.
6. Sales tax. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax required by the State of Tennessee.
7. Setup & teardown. Booths must be set up before doors open and stay open until the show floor closes. ChronoCon staff will not load or unload merchandise for exhibitors.
8. Your property. Exhibitors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, and cash. ChronoCon and the Williamson County Ag Expo Park are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
9. Conduct. Exhibitors and their staff must follow the ChronoCon Code of Conduct and all venue rules.
VENDOR LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION & CONDUCT
Assumption of Risk
Vendors participate in ChronoCon at their own risk. ChronoCon, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and the Williamson County Ag Expo Park are not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage to persons or property arising from a vendor's participation in the event, including load-in, setup, show hours, and load-out.
Property, Loss & Theft
Vendors are solely responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment, cash, and personal belongings. ChronoCon does not provide security for individual booths and is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property for any reason, including fire, weather, power failure, or acts of other attendees. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage for their inventory.
Indemnification
Each vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChronoCon,
its owners, staff, volunteers, and the Williamson County Ag Expo Park from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the vendor's products, actions, employees, or guests.
Damage to Venue
Vendors are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue, tables, chairs, floors, walls, or equipment. No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives on venue surfaces without approval. Repair or cleaning costs will be billed to the responsible vendor.
Products & Legal Compliance
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that everything they sell is legal, authentic, and not counterfeit, bootleg, or infringing on anyone's intellectual property. ChronoCon may require any item to be removed from display at its sole discretion. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable Tennessee sales tax and holding any required business licenses or permits.
Conduct
ChronoCon is a family-friendly event. All booth displays and merchandise must be appropriate for an all-ages audience. Vendors who harass attendees, staff, or other vendors, or who violate ChronoCon or venue policies, may be removed from the show without refund.
Photography & Media
By participating, vendors grant ChronoCon permission to photograph and record their booth and staff during the event and to use those images in promotional materials without compensation.
By completing your booth registration, you agree to these terms.
VENDOR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Booth space is not reserved until payment is received in full. Please be certain you can attend before completing your registration.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@thechronocon.com. The date we receive your email determines your refund.
- 90 or more days before the show (on or before November 22, 2026): Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 89 to 31 days before the show (November 23, 2026 – January 20, 2027): 50% refund.
- 30 days or fewer before the show (January 21, 2027 or later): No refunds or credits.
Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of the approved request.
Booth spaces may not be resold, shared, or transferred to another vendor without written approval from ChronoCon.
Vendors who are not set up by 9:00am the day of the show forfeit their booth without refund. ChronoCon may reassign that space.
Vendors removed from the show for violating ChronoCon policies, venue rules, or the law forfeit their booth fees.
If ChronoCon cancels the event, all vendors will receive a full refund of booth fees. If the show is postponed or cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, venue closure, or other circumstances beyond our control, vendors may choose a credit toward the rescheduled or next ChronoCon event or a refund of booth fees, less non-refundable processing fees.
