Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Our events occur to provide a fun, free activity for our community and to offer an opportunity for local vendors to do business. For this event, we do offer both inside and outside vendor spaces. Inside spaces are filled by request and on a first-come, first-served basis. Inside spaces are defined as 2 8 foot tables in and L-shape, roughly 8 x 10 ft in size, tables and chairs are provided. Outside spaces are are 10x10 spaces, no tables or chairs provided.
A few notes: This is a 1 day event. The day starts with Breakfast with Santa hosted by Kiwanis of Camp Verde at 9:00. The Craft Bazaar operates from 9:00am-4:00pm inside the gymnasium and outside as well. There is a Gingerbread House competition during the craft bazaar. The Parade of Lights is at 6:00 pm followed by pictures with Santa.

Our events are open to a wide variety of vendors. Our goal is to prioritize vendors that fit the theme of each event. Final paid registration is on a first come, first served basis after selection. We reserve the right to decline an application based on our criteria and capacity for each event, taking into consideration the quality and content of the vendor. Please note that priority will be given to local vendors.
Cancellations must be made in writing by mail or email. 100% refunds will be issued if the cancellation is received 20 days prior to the event, 50% refunds will be issued if received 10 days prior to the event. No refund will be issued after that.
It is our expectation that all vendors will remain at the event for the duration of the event and comply with the scheduled set-up and take-down procedures provided, which includes taking care of your trash and staying within your assigned space. Failure to comply with these procedures can result in a $100 fee and could result in suspension from participation in future events.
