We’re looking for ONE talented Henna Artist to join us for a special 40th Birthday Celebration!
This is an exclusive vendor opportunity, as only one henna artist will be selected to provide services during the event.
We’re seeking a professional, friendly, and experienced artist who can offer guests beautiful henna designs while creating a fun and engaging experience.
Please submit information about your services, pricing, experience, and examples of your work.
Only one Henna Artist will be selected, so space is extremely limited.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Selection: Only one henna artist will be selected for this event. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Henna Products & Supplies: The selected artist is responsible for providing all henna, supplies, equipment, displays, signage, and other materials necessary to provide services.
• No Black Henna: Products containing para-phenylenediamine (PPD), commonly referred to as “black henna,” are not permitted.
• Sanitation & Safety: The artist is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace and following applicable health, safety, and venue requirements.
• Guest Safety: The artist is responsible for communicating appropriate aftercare instructions, product ingredients, and any applicable precautions to guests receiving services.
• Pricing: All pricing must be clearly displayed or communicated to guests. All sales, payments, refunds, and customer service matters are the responsibility of the artist.
• Setup & Breakdown: The selected artist must arrive during the designated setup period and remain for the required event hours unless otherwise approved.
• Assigned Space: The artist must operate within the assigned vendor space and may not transfer, share, or sublease the space.
• Professional Conduct: The artist is expected to maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming setup and interact respectfully with guests and other event participants.
• Licenses, Insurance & Compliance: The artist is responsible for any licenses, permits, insurance, or other requirements applicable to their business and services.
• Liability: The artist is responsible for their products, services, equipment, transactions, and interactions with guests. The event host and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, property damage, injury, allergic reactions, or other claims arising from the artist’s products or services, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
• Event Changes: Event details, including placement, setup requirements, schedule, and other logistics, may be adjusted as necessary.
