NEW EVENT, PLEASE READ!
This market is part of the Thornton Park District Wine & Art Walk! This outdoor tented market is located along the main corridor of the wine walk, along Washington St and Summerlin Ave. Each space will be set up on the sidewalk and must allocated space for the sidewalk to be a walkway. Therefore it is not a traditional 10x10 set up even though a tent is used. Most vendors set up with 1 or 2 six foot tables.
IMPORTANT! This event has a few options for vendors, please note that artists must meet the criteria listed to be considered for that pricing option. Do not apply for that option if you do not meet the criteria as you will not be accepted.

A little note about the vendor fee:
Fee is charged upon acceptance, and vendor has 48 hours to cancel for a refund from the time of approval. After 48 hours from approval the vendor fee is non refundable and non transferable

Artist qualifications: -Be an artist creating their own original work -Specialize in one or more of the following: painting canvas artwork charcoal, pencil original prints or art prints pottery or ceramics live painting Artists will be selling products that are personally created by them and be able to provide photos or examples of their work in the application (all other vendors may be considered for the other vendor options, please note we focus on makers, rather than resellers for all of our events) |
| Handmade/Crafted Vendors 10x10 tent space space on sidewalk | $35.00 | Non-refundable | These vendor spaces are for handmade and handcrafted products created or designed by the applicant such as home goods, candles, soaps and body products, accessories, jewelry, artful gifts, and other original creations. Please note that our markets prioritize makers and original products rather than resellers. |

- I understand that baked goods and packaged treats are acceptable. No food or beverage vendors.
- I understand that my fee is non-refundable/non-transferable after 48 hours from my approval
- I understand that my tent space must allow for the sidewalkto be accessible for pedestrian use through the middle of my tent space. Therefore a tradtional set up may not be an option. Most vendors set up one or two 6 foot tables on opposide sides of the tent, no L-shape set ups permitted.
