About the application
Hello!
This application is for "Junior Makers" (vendors under 18 years old) who wish to sell items they have made themselves. No food vendors are allowed in this category.
- $40 - Regular Registration: July 9 - October 15
- $50 - Late Registration: October 16 - November 30
When you submit your application, it will go into a queue, and you will be notified as soon as it has been reviewed and approved, waitlisted, etc. Your credit card will only be charged once your application has been approved.
Vendors are chosen based on several factors, including creativity and uniqueness, product presentation, and overall booth diversity.
This is an electronic agreement, and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event

The vendor/business agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Funky Forest and the Forestville Holiday Faire, agents, employees, and volunteers from any damage, injury, or loss to any person or persons, and from any loss, or damages, caused by action, claims, or suits for damages, including, but not limited to, loss of property, goods, or merchandise, caused by, or arising out of, or in any way connected with seller’s use of the privileges herein granted.
I HAVE READ THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THIS EVENT AND AGREE TO CONFORM TO THE REGULATIONS CONTAINED THEREIN.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THE FUNKY FOREST'S INSURANCE POLICY DOES NOT COVER MY EMPLOYEES, MY FAMILY MEMBERS, OR ME.

| 10x10 Booth | $40.00 | Non-refundable | Single vendor booth space, 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Vendor must supply all needed supplies; pop-up, tables, etc. NOTE: This is an outdoor event and occurs beyond sunset. As such, a pop-up with booth lighting is REQUIRED. |

- This event is outdoors and could be cancelled or moved to an alternate location indoors in the event of rain or other weather issues. All booth fees are non-refundable. Please state that you understand and agree to these terms.
- Vendors must bring everything needed for booth setup: popup, tables, chairs, etc. The event manager does not supply any of these items. Please state that you understand and agree to this arrangement.
- This event is outdoors goes into the evening. As such, a POP-UP and BOOTH LIGHTING is REQUIRED. No generators allowed. LED lights and power banks are suggested since most booth spaces will not have power outlets available. Please answer "I will light my booth" so I know you actually read this part and agree to this requirement.
- Since this is a holiday event, please decorate your booth in some way. If your products happen to be holiday related, that's enough (although more decorating is fine, too!). If your products don't happen to be holiday-specific, then please decorate your booth in some way so that it's festive.
- Junior Makers will be selling under the seller's permit of The Funky Forest, the non-profit that runs this event. Junior Maker vendors will be given a sales log sheet before the event, and must log all sales and sales tax collected. Sales tax will then be given to the event manager as it wil be paid to the state as required when TheFunky Forest files its annual sales tax return. Please state that you understand and will comply with this requirement.
- What school do you go to, and what grade are you in?
- Your parent or guardian must know that you are signing up for this event. Please provide your parent/guardian's name, email address, and phone number. By filling out this answer, you are confirming that you have already told him/her that you are signing up for this event.
