About the application
Apply to serve at Taste of Titans: The Great Christmas Bake Off on Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 12:00–8:00 p.m. at 2214 1st Street, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742.
This community Christmas celebration will feature the Great Christmas Bake Off, ice skating, a curated holiday market, live music, Santa, family activities, and food trucks offering seasonal menu specials.
Food trucks and mobile food vendors are selected based on menu quality, event fit, operating requirements, category balance, professionalism, and available space. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Each accepted food vendor must offer at least one holiday-inspired food or beverage special during the event.
Accepted vendors are responsible for all required health permits, business licenses, insurance, fire-safety compliance, food-safety procedures, equipment, staffing, waste disposal, and operational needs.

Terms & Conditions
Please review the following requirements before applying:
• The event takes place Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 12:00–8:00 p.m.
• Food vendors must be completely set up, inspected when required, and ready to serve before the event opens.
• All vendors must remain open and staffed throughout the event. Early breakdown is not permitted.
• Each food truck or mobile food vendor must offer at least one holiday-inspired menu special.
• Only menu items disclosed in the application and approved by the Organizer may be sold.
• Vendors must possess all licenses, permits, inspections, certifications, and insurance required for their operation.
• Food vendors are responsible for safe food preparation, temperature control, handwashing, sanitation, allergen communication, and proper storage.
• Vendors using propane, open flames, cooking equipment, warming equipment, fryers, or generators must disclose them in the application and comply with all applicable fire-safety requirements.
• Appropriate fire extinguishers must be present and accessible.
• Vendors must provide their own quiet generator and fuel unless electricity is approved in writing. Event electricity is limited and not guaranteed.
• Extension cords and electrical equipment must be outdoor-rated and safely secured to prevent trip hazards.
• Vendors must provide their own potable water, handwashing equipment, wastewater containers, grease containment, trash containers, lighting, signage, serving supplies, and operational equipment.
• Grease, wastewater, melted ice, food debris, or cooking oil may not be poured onto the pavement, landscaping, ground, or into storm drains.
• Vendors must remove all trash, grease, wastewater, equipment, and materials from their assigned area at the end of the event.
• Booth and service areas must remain clean, safe, professional, and family-friendly.
• Food trucks must fit entirely within the assigned footprint. Service windows, awnings, trailer hitches, generators, propane tanks, customer lines, and support equipment must be included in the dimensions submitted with the application.
• Final load-in times, parking instructions, placement, and service requirements will be provided before the event.
