Christmas Market Vendor Application

Join us for Taste of Titans: The Great Christmas Bake Off, a nostalgic community Christmas celebration happening Saturday, December 12, 2026, from 12–8 PM at 2214 1st Street, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742.

We are currently accepting applications from artists, makers, small businesses, and specialty vendors for our curated Christmas Market. Guests will enjoy ice skating, food trucks featuring holiday specials, live music, Santa’s visit, festive shopping, and The Great Christmas Bake Off.

Vendor spaces are $50. This is a curated market, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We are seeking vendors whose products, displays, and overall presentation complement the quality and festive atmosphere of the event.

Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths for Christmas and offer seasonal products, giftable items, or holiday specials whenever appropriate.

Bake Off competitors should complete the separate competitor application. The $50 Bake Off entry includes a vendor space.

By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Taste of Titans and Hearthara Culinary reserve the right to approve or decline applications based on product quality, category availability, event fit, duplication, presentation, and space limitations.

Applicants must provide accurate information and current photographs of their products and booth display. Vendors may only sell the products and services disclosed and approved through their application.

VENDOR FEE
The vendor fee is $50. Payment must be completed by the deadline provided in the acceptance notice to secure the vendor’s space.

Vendor fees are non-refundable after acceptance and payment unless the event is canceled by the organizer and no rescheduled date or vendor credit is offered.

Bake Off competitors do not need to purchase a separate vendor space. The $50 Bake Off entry includes one vendor space.

EVENT DATE AND HOURS
Taste of Titans: The Great Christmas Bake Off will be held:

Vendors must remain open and fully operational throughout the published event hours. Early breakdown is not permitted without approval from event management.

SETUP AND BREAKDOWN
Official setup instructions, arrival times, parking information, and booth assignments will be provided before the event.

Vendors must arrive during their assigned setup window and may not arrive early unless specifically authorized. Vendor vehicles must be moved to designated parking before the event opens.

Vendors are responsible for providing and setting up their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, lighting, extension cords, and other equipment needed to operate safely.

All tents must be properly weighted. Stakes may not be used unless specifically approved by event management.

Vendors must remove all merchandise, equipment, trash, and debris from their assigned space before leaving.

BOOTH PLACEMENT
All booth assignments are determined by Hearthara Culinary. Placement requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.

Vendors may not relocate, exchange, expand, or transfer their assigned space without prior approval.

PRODUCTS AND CONDUCT
Only approved products and services may be displayed or sold. Vendors may not resell, distribute, or promote unapproved products from another business.

Counterfeit merchandise, illegal products, weapons, offensive materials, and items that create a safety risk are prohibited.

Vendors and their representatives must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, staff, volunteers, other vendors, and venue representatives.

Hearthara Culinary reserves the right to remove any vendor whose products, display, conduct, or operations violate event policies or create a safety concern. Removal does not qualify the vendor for a refund.

HOLIDAY PRESENTATION
This event is designed as a festive Christmas experience. Vendors are strongly encouraged to decorate their spaces and create a warm, welcoming holiday presentation.

Displays must remain professional, family-friendly, secure, and contained within the assigned vendor space.

ELECTRICITY AND GENERATORS
Electricity is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing before the event.

Generators, heaters, open flames, cooking equipment, and other powered or heat-producing devices may not be used without prior approval. Any approved equipment must meet applicable fire and safety requirements.

LICENSES, TAXES, AND INSURANCE
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits, insurance, tax registrations, and approvals required for their business and products.

Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales taxes.

Food and beverage vendors must comply with all applicable health department, fire safety, and food-service requirements.

LIABILITY
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, employees, helpers, and personal property.

Hearthara Culinary, Taste of Titans, the City of Fort Oglethorpe, the venue, sponsors, staff, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, weather-related impacts, or interruption of business.

WEATHER AND EVENT CHANGES
This is a seasonal event and may be affected by weather or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. The organizer may adjust event hours, layout, programming, setup procedures, or other operational details when necessary for safety or event continuity.

Updates will be communicated through the contact information provided in the application.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
By participating, vendors authorize Hearthara Culinary, Taste of Titans, event partners, and approved media representatives to photograph or record their booth, products, team, and event participation for promotional, editorial, archival, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

AGREEMENT
Submission of this application confirms that the applicant has reviewed, understands, and agrees to follow these terms, all subsequent vendor instructions, and all applicable venue, municipal, health, fire, and safety requirements.
