About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vendors selling homemade food items must comply with Texas Cottage Laws (which includes distributing samples). Food Trucks must acquire a Mobile Food Unit (MFU) Permit issued by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). ALL vendors selling food items MUST have a valid TX Food Handler's Certificate/Card (which includes anyone helping run your booth). If the vendor fails to acquire the Permit and/or Food Handler's, they will be asked to leave the event and no refund will be issued. All vendors must bring their own electricity, tables and chairs.
