📅 Event Details

Paws Furrever Adoption Fair

Saturday, October 24, 2026

11:00 AM–2:00 PM

The Terrace at Academy Village

Herriman, Utah

🐾 Vendor Setup

Approved vendors will receive their assigned booth location and detailed setup instructions before the event.

Vendors should plan to arrive with enough time to unload, set up their booth, and be fully ready before the event opens to the public.

Setup time: Details will be provided to approved vendors.

🪑 What Vendors Need to Bring

Unless otherwise specified, vendors are responsible for providing their own:

- Table

- Chairs

- Canopy or tent, if needed

- Table coverings

- Display materials

- Signage

- Products and promotional materials

- Extension cords and power equipment, if applicable

- Any supplies needed to operate your booth

Please keep your display within your assigned space and make sure walkways remain clear.

🐕 Dogs at the Event

This is a dog-friendly event, and vendors should be prepared for dogs to be present throughout the event.

If you plan to bring your own dog, please indicate this on your application and make sure your dog is comfortable in a busy public environment.

🍔 Food & Beverage Vendors

Food and beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, certifications, insurance, or other requirements applicable to their business.

Please provide accurate information about what you plan to serve when completing your application.

💳 Vendor Fees & Payment

Any applicable vendor fee and payment instructions will be provided during the application process.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor spaces are limited, and applications will be reviewed based on event needs, available space, and vendor mix.

📣 Help Us Spread the Word!

We'd love for our vendors to help make the event a success!

Approved vendors are encouraged to share the event with their customers and followers through social media, email, or other appropriate channels.

We'll provide promotional information and graphics that you can easily share.

❗ Cancellations

If you are unable to attend after being accepted, please notify the event organizers as soon as possible so we can make the space available to another vendor.

Additional cancellation and refund policies, if applicable, will be provided with your vendor confirmation.
