Vendor Application

By participating as a vendor in the Refuge Coffee Holiday Market on December 5th, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booth Setup:  Vendors are responsible for providing any necessary equipment for their booth. All displays must be contained within the designated booth space. You may request a table and chairs be provided.
2. Liability: Vendors assume full liability for their products and operations during the event. The organizing committee is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by vendors, their staff, or customers.
3. Weather Policy: This event will take place rain or shine. Vendors should be prepared for varying weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. 
4. Booth Cleanup: Vendors must maintain a clean booth space throughout the event and are responsible for removing all trash and debris from their area at the end of the event.
5. Promotion: Vendors agree to promote the event through their own marketing channels, including social media and email lists, to help ensure a successful turnout.
6. Cancellations: Vendors who cancel their participation within 3 days before the event will not receive a refund of their booth fee.
7. Code of Conduct: Vendors must behave in a professional and courteous manner toward other vendors, event staff, and attendees. Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

By submitting your vendor application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary and will communicate any changes to approved vendors.
