Merchandise Vendor Application

Join us on February 21, 2027, from 11 AM–5 PM at Crestmore Manor in Jurupa Valley, CA.

Crescent Square is a curated, Southern-inspired storybook market featuring small businesses, handcrafted goods, artists, food vendors, and unique finds.

Applications are reviewed to maintain a balanced variety of vendors. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

All canopies must be WHITE unless approved otherwise and properly secured with appropriate weights.

All vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining every permit, license, registration, certification, insurance, or other approval required for their business. Additional setup, parking, and event-day instructions will be provided to accepted vendors.

This event is rain or shine. If conditions are unsuitable or unsafe, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule, subject to venue availability.

By applying and/or purchasing a booth, you agree to comply with all Enchanted Storybook Market and venue requirements.

Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, registrations, certifications, insurance, and approvals required for their business, products, or services. All documentation must be valid for the event date and provided upon request. Acceptance into the event does not constitute approval by any city, county, state, venue, or regulatory agency.

Vendors may only sell or promote items disclosed and approved through their application. Booths must remain within the assigned space, canopies must be properly weighted, and all event-day safety, setup, parking, and breakdown instructions must be followed.

Vendors who fail to meet required licensing, permitting, documentation, or event requirements may be unable to participate.
