Booth Application

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, civic organizations, and community groups are welcome to participate. The primary purpose of the booth shall be to provide a safe, fun, and family-friendly trick-or-treat experience for attendees.

Booth Participation Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application, the applicant agrees to the following:

• Booth participation is subject to approval by event organizers.
• Booths must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
• Participants are responsible for providing and staffing their own booth during event hours.
• Only commercially packaged, unopened candy or treats may be distributed.
• Participants must keep their booth area clean and remove all materials and trash after the event.
• No alcohol, tobacco, weapons, illegal substances, offensive materials, or hazardous activities are permitted.
• Participants must comply with all applicable laws and event rules.
• The City of Pittsburg and Pittsburg Main Street reserve the right to remove any participant or display not in compliance with these requirements.
• Participants assume all risks associated with attending the event and agree to hold harmless the City of

By participating, applicants grant permission for event photographs and videos to be used for promotional purposes.
Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
