Sponsorship opportunities may include brand recognition, event signage, social media exposure, promotional placement, exhibitor opportunities, and other benefits based on the selected sponsorship level.

For our upcoming event, Back to You: Grounded in Gratitude, we invite mission-aligned businesses and organizations to partner with us as we help women enter the holiday season more grounded, nourished, and intentional.

Terms & Conditions

These Sponsorship Terms & Agreement (“Agreement”) apply to organizations, businesses, and individuals (“Sponsor”) applying to sponsor Back to You Wellness Events, including Back to You: Grounded in Gratitude, scheduled for October 18, 2026, at Full Body Wellness in Kissimmee, Florida (“Event”).

By submitting a sponsorship application and/or payment, Sponsor acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to the following terms.

1. Sponsorship Application & Approval

Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee acceptance.

All sponsorships are subject to review and approval by the Event organizers. The organizers reserve the right to accept or decline any sponsorship at their discretion when necessary to maintain alignment with the mission, values, audience, or professional standards of Back to You Wellness Events.

Sponsors will be notified once their sponsorship has been accepted.

2. Sponsorship Levels & Benefits

Sponsor benefits are based upon the sponsorship level selected and may include items such as:

Logo placement

Social media recognition

Website or event-page recognition

Printed event materials

Event signage

Verbal acknowledgment during the Event

Complimentary admission

Vendor or exhibitor space

Promotional materials included in attendee bags

Opportunities for product samples or giveaways

Other benefits specifically identified within the selected sponsorship package

Benefits apply only to the sponsorship package purchased.

Where applicable, Sponsor is responsible for providing logos, advertisements, promotional materials, company descriptions, links, and other requested assets by the deadlines provided by the Event organizers.

Failure to submit materials by the stated deadline may result in the omission of certain benefits. No refund or credit will be issued when a benefit cannot be fulfilled because materials were not provided by Sponsor on time.

3. Sponsorship Payment

Full payment is required to secure sponsorship unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved in writing.

A sponsorship is not considered confirmed until:

The sponsorship application has been approved; and

Required payment has been received.

Sponsorship opportunities may be limited and are available on a first-confirmed basis.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because sponsorship funds may be committed in advance toward venue expenses, marketing, printing, event materials, programming, and other costs, sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable once the sponsorship has been confirmed.

If Sponsor elects to cancel its participation, Sponsor should notify the Event organizers in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellation by Sponsor does not automatically relieve Sponsor of any outstanding payment obligation previously agreed upon.

At the sole discretion of the Event organizers, sponsorship funds may be transferred or credited toward a future Back to You Wellness Event when circumstances warrant.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

The Event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Event, including changes involving:

Schedule

Programming

Speakers

Activities

Venue layout

Event format

Event hours

Promotional strategy

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a sponsorship refund provided the Event substantially proceeds as planned.

If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers—including severe weather, natural disaster, governmental action, public health emergency, venue closure, civil disturbance, or other force majeure event—make the Event impossible or impractical to hold as scheduled, the organizers may postpone, relocate, modify, or reschedule the Event.

When reasonably possible, sponsorship benefits will be transferred to the rescheduled or modified Event.

6. Sponsor Branding & Intellectual Property

Sponsor grants the Event organizers a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Sponsor's approved:

Business name

Logo

Trademark

Website

Social media handle

Approved promotional images

solely for purposes of promoting, producing, and acknowledging Sponsor's participation in the Event.

Sponsor represents that it owns or has authorization to use all materials submitted and that their use by the Event organizers will not infringe upon the rights of another party.

Ownership of Sponsor's intellectual property remains with Sponsor.

Likewise, Sponsor may not reproduce, alter, distribute, or commercially use the Back to You, URENU, Event, organizer, or partner logos or branding beyond approved sponsorship promotion without prior written permission.

7. Marketing & Promotional Materials

The Event organizers reserve the right to review and approve Sponsor materials distributed, displayed, or promoted in connection with the Event.

Materials must be appropriate for the audience and consistent with applicable laws and the professional environment of the Event.

The organizers may decline or request modification of materials that contain misleading claims, offensive material, inappropriate content, unsubstantiated health claims, or messaging inconsistent with the Event's standards.

8. Health & Wellness Claims

Because Back to You is a wellness-focused event, Sponsors offering health, nutrition, beauty, fitness, medical, supplement, or wellness-related products or services are responsible for ensuring that their marketing, labeling, statements, and representations comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Acceptance as a Sponsor does not constitute medical, scientific, professional, or regulatory endorsement of Sponsor's products or services.

9. No Exclusivity Unless Stated

Unless category exclusivity is specifically included in Sponsor's written sponsorship package, sponsorship does not guarantee exclusivity.

Other sponsors, vendors, or participants may provide products or services within similar industries or categories.

Any exclusive sponsorship arrangement must be confirmed in writing.

10. Sponsor Conduct

Sponsors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, speakers, staff, volunteers, vendors, and other sponsors.

Harassment, discrimination, aggressive sales practices, unsafe activity, or behavior that substantially disrupts the Event may result in removal without refund.

11. Exhibitor or Sponsor Booths

If a sponsorship package includes an exhibitor table or physical presence at the Event, Sponsor is responsible for complying with setup, breakdown, space, safety, and facility requirements communicated by the Event organizers.

Unless otherwise agreed, Sponsor is responsible for its own personnel, merchandise, equipment, signage, supplies, and property.

12. Giveaways, Samples & Promotional Products

Any products, samples, food, beverages, supplements, cosmetics, or promotional materials distributed by Sponsor are Sponsor's sole responsibility.

Sponsor represents that any products distributed are legally permitted, appropriately labeled, and suitable for their intended use.

Sponsors should notify organizers in advance when they intend to distribute food, beverages, supplements, or other consumable products.

13. Photography, Video & Media

The Event may be photographed, recorded, or filmed.

Sponsor acknowledges that its booth, signage, logo, representatives, and Event participation may appear incidentally or intentionally in Event photography, video, social media, advertising, or promotional materials.

Sponsor authorizes reasonable use of such Event imagery for promotional and historical purposes without additional compensation.

14. Sponsor Responsibility & Liability

Sponsor assumes responsibility for its own employees, contractors, representatives, equipment, products, services, displays, and activities associated with its participation.

Sponsor is responsible for losses, claims, damages, or injuries arising directly from Sponsor's own negligent acts, omissions, products, services, or representatives, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers and participating organizations, along with their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives, from third-party claims arising from Sponsor's negligence, misconduct, products, services, marketing materials, intellectual property infringement, or violation of applicable law.

This provision should not be interpreted to require indemnification for another party's own gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

16. Insurance

The Event organizers may require certain Sponsors—particularly those providing services, demonstrations, food, beverages, health-related products, or physical activities—to provide evidence of appropriate commercial general liability, professional liability, product liability, or other applicable insurance.

Any insurance requirements will be communicated prior to the Event.

17. No Partnership or Agency

Sponsorship does not create an employment relationship, joint venture, legal partnership, agency relationship, franchise relationship, or fiduciary relationship between Sponsor and the Event organizers.

Sponsor may identify itself as an official sponsor of the applicable Event after approval but may not imply broader endorsement, partnership, or affiliation beyond the agreed sponsorship relationship.

18. Charitable Contribution & Tax Treatment

Sponsorship payments may include marketing, advertising, recognition, admission, promotional opportunities, or other benefits of value.

Accordingly, Sponsors should not assume that sponsorship payments are tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Sponsors should consult their own tax or legal professional regarding the appropriate treatment of sponsorship payments.

If a portion of a sponsorship is made directly to a participating nonprofit organization, any charitable contribution acknowledgment will be determined and issued separately by that organization in accordance with applicable requirements.

19. Compliance With Laws

Sponsor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, Florida, and local laws, regulations, licenses, permits, and venue requirements applicable to Sponsor's activities.

20. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation

The Event organizers reserve the right to decline, revoke, or terminate a sponsorship when reasonably necessary because of:

Material misrepresentation on the sponsorship application

Failure to pay agreed sponsorship fees

Violation of this Agreement

Unlawful or unsafe activity

Material reputational concerns

Conduct inconsistent with Event standards

Where termination results from Sponsor's violation of this Agreement, sponsorship fees may be forfeited.

21. Limitation of Sponsorship Results

The Event organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide the benefits included in Sponsor's package but do not guarantee:

Attendance numbers

Sales

Leads

Social media impressions

Website traffic

Customer acquisition

Media coverage

Business revenue

Any specific return on investment

Sponsorship participation is a promotional opportunity and does not guarantee particular commercial results.
