Steins on Main Comp. Application

This application is for vendors who have been invited to participate in Steins on Main on a complimentary basis. Complimentary spaces are limited and are available by invitation or approval from the event organizers.

Please complete the application with your business and contact information, along with details about the products or services you plan to offer. Submission of this application does not guarantee a space unless previously approved by the event organizers.

Complimentary Space:
This application is for vendors who have been approved to participate in Steins on Main on a complimentary basis. The complimentary space is provided at the discretion of the event organizers and has no cash value or refund value.

Vendor Space & Equipment:
A designated vendor space will be provided. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and any other equipment needed for their booth.

Tent Weights:
All vendors using a tent are required to bring and properly secure tent weights on all four corners of their tent. Tent weights are mandatory for the safety of vendors, guests, and event staff.

Booth Hours:
All complimentary vendors must keep their booth open and operational for the entire duration of the event. Early breakdown or closing may result in the vendor not being invited to participate in future events.

Electricity:
Electricity will NOT be provided. Vendors are responsible for making their own arrangements for power if needed, subject to event approval.

Merchandise & Property:
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and personal property at all times. Security will be provided; however, the event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or ruined merchandise or personal property.

Cleanliness:
Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned space clean throughout the event and must remove all trash and personal belongings when leaving.

Alcohol:
Complimentary vendors may not sell or distribute alcohol unless specifically authorized by the event organizers and properly licensed to do so.

Rain or Shine:
Steins on Main is a rain or shine event. Vendors should be prepared for changing weather conditions and properly secure all tents and equipment.

No Refunds:
Because this is a complimentary vendor space, no refunds or credits will be provided.
