Join us for Steins on Main, a lively Oktoberfest celebration in Downtown Louisville! The event will feature German-inspired cuisine, local breweries, live music by Boom Pah Pah, games, contests, and more.

We will be selecting a limited number of food trucks to participate in this year’s celebration. We are looking for food vendors that can complement the

 Oktoberfest atmosphere while offering a variety of food options for our guests.

Space is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

All food trucks must meet applicable Louisville Metro requirements and event guidelines.

Limited Food Truck Availability:
A maximum of 2–3 food truck spaces will be available for Steins on Main. Food truck selections will be made on a first-come, first-served basis while considering food type and menu variety to provide guests with a diverse selection of food options. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Food Booths:
Food booths may also be placed throughout the event in addition to the designated food truck section. A single display space will be allocated accordingly. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and other necessary display equipment.

Alcohol Policy:
NO ALCOHOL SALES ARE PERMITTED BY FOOD TRUCKS OR FOOD VENDORS. All alcohol sales and service will be handled separately by the event's designated alcohol vendors.

Vendor Responsibility:
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, products, merchandise, and personal property at all times. Security will be provided; however, Steins on Main, Louisville Downtown Partnership, Against the Grain Brewery, and event organizers are not responsible for stolen, lost, damaged, or ruined merchandise, equipment, or personal property.

Amplified Sound:
The use of amplified public address systems, stereos, radios, or other amplified music equipment is prohibited unless specifically approved by event management.

Booth & Service Hours:
All food trucks and food booths must remain open and operational throughout the entire event. Vendors may not shut down or begin breaking down early. Vendors who close early may not be invited to participate in future Steins on Main events.

Electricity:
Electricity will NOT be provided. Vendors are responsible for making their own approved arrangements for power if needed.

Cleanliness & Trash:
Each vendor is responsible for keeping their assigned area clean and free of trash throughout the event. All food booth and food truck trash must be collected and taken to the designated event dumpster. Vendors are expected to leave their space clean and free of debris at the conclusion of the event.

Rain or Shine:
Steins on Main is a rain or shine event. Vendors should be prepared for changing weather conditions and are responsible for securing their tents, equipment, and property appropriately.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be given, except in the event that Steins on Main is canceled or your vendor application is rejected.

By submitting a food truck or food vendor application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow all Steins on Main vendor terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the event and/or ineligibility for future events.
