Craft Vendor Booth Application

Join us for Steins on Main, a lively Oktoberfest celebration in Downtown Louisville! Enjoy an afternoon of German-inspired food, local breweries, live polka music, games, contests, and plenty of festival fun. Craft vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their handmade goods and products to a fun, engaged crowd while celebrating the spirit of Oktoberfest.

Vendor Space:

Each vendor will be provided with a designated 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' display space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, and other booth equipment.

Tents & Displays:
Pop-up tents are permitted and must be supplied by the exhibitor. All vendors using a tent are required to bring and use proper tent weights on all four corners of their tent. Tent weights are mandatory and must be securely attached to the tent frame. Stakes may not be used unless specifically approved by event staff. Vendors are responsible for properly securing their tents and displays and for the safety and security of their merchandise throughout the event.

Merchandise & Security:
Security will be provided during the festival; however, Steins on Main, Louisville Downtown Partnership, Against the Grain Brewery, and event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or ruined merchandise or personal property.

Booth Hours:
All vendors are required to keep their booths open and fully operational for the entire duration of the event. Vendors may not pack up or close their booth early. Vendors who leave before the conclusion of the event may not be invited to participate in future Steins on Main events.

Electricity:
No electrical service will be available. Vendors requiring electricity must make their own arrangements, subject to event approval and applicable safety requirements.

Load-In & Vehicles:
Vendors may use their vehicles to unload products and equipment at their assigned space. All support vehicles must be removed from the festival area immediately after unloading.

Vehicle Deadline:
No vehicles will be permitted in the festival area after 1:00 PM. Vendors must have their vehicles completely removed from the event area by this time.

Setup Deadline:
All vendor booths must be fully set up and ready to operate by 1:30 PM at the latest. Vendors should plan accordingly to allow enough time for unloading, parking, and booth setup.

By submitting a vendor application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow all Steins on Main vendor terms and conditions. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the event and/or ineligibility for future events.
