Join the City of Alamo team for the 2026 All Hallowsโ Eve Festival! ๐
We are seeking enthusiastic community volunteers to help us create a fun, safe, and welcoming evening for Alamo families.
Volunteer opportunities may include event setup, guest assistance, activity and game booths, performer support, vendor assistance, contest support, event operations, cleanup, and other event-day needs.

By submitting this application, I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee a specific volunteer assignment. Volunteer assignments will be determined by the City of Alamo based on event needs, availability, age, experience, and staffing requirements.
I agree to arrive at my assigned check-in time, follow instructions provided by City of Alamo staff or designated event leads, conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner, and remain at my assigned area unless released or reassigned by an event lead.
I understand that volunteer assignments, locations, and schedules may be adjusted before or during the event based on operational needs.
If I am under 18 years of age, I understand that additional parent or guardian authorization may be required before I am permitted to volunteer.
