2026 Small Business Saturday Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in participating in 2026 Small Business Saturday event in Downtown Trenton! This application is designed to collect the information needed to help organize a successful event and ensure vendors have a smooth experience. Applicants will be asked to provide general business information, provide details on merchanidse, and review important event guidelines.

Please review all sections carefully and provide complete and accurate information. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance; vendors will be notified of their participation, parking, set-up and break down time, and assigned location following the application review process.

Date: Saturday, November 28, 2026

Time: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Vendor Fee

$30 + card processing fees

Vendors will be indoors and have space for an 8ft table.
Food Trucks will be given an outdoor parking space.

By submitting this application, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Application & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Trenton Downtown Development Authority (DDA) reserves the right to review applications and determine vendor participation based on event needs, available space, and overall event planning.

Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, equipment, and supplies unless otherwise specified by the DDA.

Products & Services
Vendors may only sell or promote products and services approved as part of their application. All products must be legal and appropriate for a family-friendly community event.

Licenses & Permits
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, or approvals required for their business or products. Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Setup & Cleanup
Vendors must follow the designated setup and breakdown times provided by the DDA. Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned space clean and removing all personal property, trash, and materials at the conclusion of the event.

Weather & Event Changes
The DDA reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its control. Vendors are responsible for securing their own equipment and merchandise.

Sales & Taxes
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes and for all financial transactions associated with their participation.

Insurance & Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, equipment, employees, and representatives. The City of Trenton and Trenton DDA are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury related to vendor participation, except as otherwise required by law.

Conduct
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward event attendees, other vendors, volunteers, City employees, and DDA representatives. The DDA reserves the right to remove a vendor from the event for inappropriate conduct or violation of these terms.

Photography & Promotion
Vendors acknowledge that photographs or video taken during the event may be used by the City of Trenton and Trenton DDA for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, newsletters, and future event marketing.

Agreement
By submitting the vendor application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional event guidelines provided by the Trenton DDA.
