We’re bringing together local makers, artisans, farmers, bakers, food & beverage vendors, boutiques, and small businesses for a fall market in Bastrop.

• Time: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Vendor Booth: $35

Space is limited, and vendors will be curated to create a diverse mix of businesses while avoiding too many vendors offering the same or similar products.

How it works: Submit your application → we review your MarketDrop profile and application → accepted vendors receive confirmation and event-day details.

By applying, you agree to the following:

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected based on event fit, category availability, and maintaining a diverse vendor lineup.
• The $35 booth fee is due upon acceptance and secures your space.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs, displays, weights, and other booth equipment unless otherwise stated.
• All tents must be properly weighted for safety.
• Vendors must arrive during the designated setup window and remain set up for the duration of the market unless otherwise approved.
• Vendors are responsible for any licenses, permits, insurance, food-safety requirements, or other approvals applicable to their business/products.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and removing all belongings and trash after the event.
• MarketDrop and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Event details, setup instructions, parking information, and arrival instructions will be provided to accepted vendors before the event.
