The Local Habit is bringing a new weekly community market to Narcoossee.

Every Sunday, The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm will bring together local businesses, good food, hands-on experiences, music, and community at 4999 Disston Drive in St. Cloud.

This isn’t a one-time pop-up. We’re building a Sunday tradition where families can spend a few hours on the farm, neighbors can meet each other, and local businesses can become the businesses this community knows by name.

Here’s what guests can expect:

🎨 Weekly crafts and hands-on activities
📚 Kids story time and family-friendly programming
🎶 Music and rotating experiences
🪑 Places to sit, stay awhile, and enjoy the afternoon

Interested in becoming a vendor?

Here’s what you need to know:

• The market takes place every Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM at The Family Farm, 4999 Disston Drive, St. Cloud, FL 34771.
• No food trucks or trailers are permitted at this location. Tent vendors only.
• Bakers, specialty food businesses, makers, artisans, artists, wellness businesses, home and garden businesses, and other local businesses are encouraged to apply.
• Vendors should be prepared to actively promote the market. Building something the community looks forward to every Sunday takes all of us.
• We’re looking for businesses that want more than another event on their calendar. We want vendors who want to become part of what we’re building in Narcoossee.

If you’re looking for a place to plant roots, build relationships, and grow alongside a community, we’d love to hear from you.

Applications are reviewed to create the best mix of businesses for The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm and are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vendor Terms & Conditions

The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm | St. Cloud, Florida

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Vendor Terms & Conditions.

1. Application & Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the market. The Local Habit reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion to maintain a balanced vendor mix and create the best possible experience for guests.

Applications are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Vendor Fees, Commitment & Payment

Vendors accepted into The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm are reserving their approved space and market date(s).

Payment is due immediately upon approval.

If payment is not received, The Local Habit will send one payment reminder. Vendors will then have 24 hours to complete payment. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the reserved space will be forfeited and may be offered to another business without further notice.

Vendor fees reserve your approved space and may not be split, transferred, or applied to another vendor or market date.

3. No Refunds, Transfers, Credits & Missed Markets

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a vendor is unable to attend a reserved market, no refunds, credits, make-up dates, transfers, or reimbursements will be issued.

Vendor fees reserve your space regardless of attendance, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, weather, low sales, low attendance, late arrival, or removal from the market for failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

4. Consistent Participation

The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm is being developed as a recurring Sunday community market rather than a series of unrelated pop-up events.

Consistency helps residents recognize returning businesses, build relationships with vendors, and make the market part of their Sunday routine.

Vendors who commit to recurring dates are expected to honor those commitments. Repeated absences, frequent late arrivals, cancellations, or failure to fulfill reserved dates may affect future participation.

5. Arrival, Parking, Check-In & Setup

The Narcoossee Market takes place every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at:

The Family Farm
4999 Disston Drive
St. Cloud, FL 34771

Vendor setup and load-in instructions will be communicated before each market.

Upon arrival, vendors must:

• Follow all parking and load-in instructions provided by The Local Habit.
• Check in with the market team or designated market lead.
• Wait to be directed to their assigned vendor space before setting up.
• Keep vehicles out of restricted market areas unless specifically authorized for load-in or load-out.
• Have their booth completely set up and ready before the market opens at 11:00 AM.

Late setup may not be accommodated once the market has opened.

Because parking at the property is limited, vendors must follow all designated vendor parking instructions and may not use spaces reserved for guests, property operations, or other designated uses.

6. Booth Requirements

Booth spaces are limited to 10’ x 10’ unless otherwise approved.

All tents must be secured with a minimum of 10 pounds of weight per tent leg at all times.

Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment needed for their booth, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and other setup materials unless otherwise specifically communicated.

Booths must remain within their assigned space and may not obstruct neighboring vendors, entrances, walkways, parking areas, farm operations, or emergency access.

7. Vendor & Product Requirements

The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm is a tent-vendor market.

Food trucks and trailers are not permitted.

Approved categories may include:

• Breads, baked goods, and specialty foods
• Packaged and take-home food products
• Fresh produce and agricultural products
• Makers and artisans
• Artists and creatives
• Plants, flowers, home, and garden businesses
• Wellness and lifestyle businesses
• Family and children’s businesses
• Other approved local businesses

All products and services must be disclosed and approved through the vendor application.

Vendors may not add, substitute, or sell products or services that were not approved by The Local Habit.

Vendors selling food, beverages, agricultural products, cosmetics, or other regulated products are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, inspections, certifications, insurance, and other approvals required for their specific business and products.

8. Vendor Engagement & Conduct

The Narcoossee Market is intentionally being built as a place where people can spend their Sunday, connect with their neighbors, discover local businesses, and return week after week.

Our vendors are an important part of creating that experience.

Vendors are expected to:

• Be welcoming and approachable.
• Stand and engage with guests whenever possible.
• Smile, answer questions, and create conversation.
• Maintain a clean and inviting booth.
• Participate in themed market days and community activities when applicable.
• Help create an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone attending.

We do not view our vendors as simply businesses renting space. We view them as partners helping build a long-term community tradition.

All vendors are expected to treat guests, fellow vendors, staff, volunteers, property partners, and The Local Habit team with professionalism, kindness, and respect at all times.

Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, offensive language, intoxication, illegal activity, or conduct inconsistent with the values of The Local Habit will not be tolerated.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the market and/or denial of future participation without refund.

9. Farm Property & Animals

The Narcoossee Market takes place on an active private farm property.

Farm animals are not part of The Narcoossee Market programming or activities unless specifically announced and authorized by The Family Farm and The Local Habit.

Free-range chickens or other animals belonging to the property may occasionally be present in or around portions of the farm.

Vendors may not feed, handle, chase, move, interact with, photograph with, use, display, or incorporate farm animals into their booth, products, promotions, demonstrations, or activities without express authorization.

Vendors must also prevent their employees, representatives, and participating children from interfering with farm animals, equipment, restricted areas, or farm operations.

The presence of animals on the property does not constitute an animal experience offered or supervised by The Local Habit.

10. Respecting The Family Farm

We are guests on an active private property and expect every vendor to treat the space accordingly.

Each vendor is responsible for keeping their booth clean throughout the market and removing all trash, boxes, inventory, packaging, food waste, and other materials from their booth area.

Vendors must follow instructions regarding waste disposal and may not leave trash elsewhere on the property.

Vendors may not enter restricted areas, move farm equipment, alter the property, attach items to structures, trees, fencing, or other farm property, or use farm equipment or amenities without permission.

Please leave your space cleaner than you found it.

11. Health & Safety

Vendors agree to operate safely and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Vendors must:

• Keep booths clean and organized.
• Keep walkways and emergency access routes clear.
• Maintain properly weighted tents throughout the market.
• Properly store and handle edible or temperature-controlled products.
• Follow applicable food safety and health requirements.
• Follow all property safety instructions.
• Report accidents, injuries, emergencies, property damage, or safety concerns to The Local Habit team immediately.

12. Marketing & Promotion

The Narcoossee Market is built through collaboration.

The Local Habit invests resources into advertising, partnerships, community outreach, signage, social media, and market promotion. We expect every participating vendor to actively market both their business and the market.

By participating, vendors agree to:

• Create a minimum of two social media posts each week they are participating in the market.
• Share reminders, reels, stories, or other content leading up to the market whenever possible.
• Promote participation beyond social media through email, newsletters, text messages, customer conversations, flyers, community groups, and word-of-mouth.
• Tag The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm and The Local Habit whenever applicable.
• Invite customers, family, friends, and supporters to attend.

The strongest markets are built when every participating business contributes to bringing the community out.

Failure to actively promote participation may affect future acceptance and participation opportunities.

13. Attendance, Sales & Foot Traffic

The Local Habit does not guarantee attendance, foot traffic, leads, or sales.

Attendance is influenced by weather, holidays, competing events, vendor participation, community engagement, and the collective marketing efforts of everyone involved.

While The Local Habit actively promotes The Narcoossee Market, every vendor is expected to promote their own participation.

Each business serves a different audience. One vendor may have a line while another experiences slower traffic. This does not mean the market was unsuccessful or that those customers were your target audience.

Because this is a recurring weekly market, vendors are encouraged to measure success through consistency rather than the results of a single Sunday.

Vendors are encouraged to create engaging experiences through demonstrations, samples when permitted, specials, bundles, giveaways, and themed promotions.

14. Photography & Media Release

By participating, vendors grant The Local Habit permission to photograph and record their booth, products, branding, employees, representatives, and participation for promotional, educational, website, print, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

15. Weather Policy

The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm is held rain or shine unless otherwise announced by The Local Habit.

Vendors are responsible for preparing for changing weather conditions, including rain, heat, wind, and changing temperatures.

The Local Habit reserves the right to delay, cancel, close early, relocate vendors within the property, or make other operational changes when weather or other conditions create a safety concern.

16. Assumption of Risk, Release & Hold Harmless

Vendors voluntarily participate in The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm and assume the risks associated with their participation, including risks related to outdoor conditions, weather, uneven ground, vehicles, equipment, farm property, animals that may be present on the property, vendor operations, and interactions with other vendors and members of the public.

Each vendor assumes responsibility for their business operations, products, services, booth, equipment, inventory, employees, contractors, representatives, and guests.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the vendor agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Local Habit Community Initiative Inc., The Family Farm, the property owner, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from and against claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the vendor’s participation in the market, business operations, products or services, employees or representatives, or the vendor’s negligent or wrongful acts or omissions.

Vendors are responsible for any injury, property damage, claim, or loss caused by their own acts or omissions or those of their employees, contractors, representatives, products, services, equipment, displays, or operations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit liability where such waiver or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Right to Refuse or Remove

The Local Habit reserves the right to refuse any application or remove any vendor, with or without notice, if the vendor:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Creates an unsafe environment.
• Acts dishonestly or unprofessionally.
• Misrepresents products or services.
• Sells products or services that were not approved through their application.
• Fails to follow directions from market staff or property representatives.
• Repeatedly fails to fulfill participation commitments.
• Damages or improperly uses the property.
• Interferes with farm operations or animals.
• Engages in conduct inconsistent with the mission and culture of The Local Habit.

Removal does not entitle the vendor to a refund, transfer, or credit.

18. Agreement

By submitting this application, you certify that all information provided is accurate and complete and that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Vendor Terms & Conditions and any additional instructions communicated by The Local Habit before or during your participation in The Narcoossee Market at The Family Farm.
