Vendor Application for TACO WARS 2027

Taco Wars invites local businesses, organizations and vendors to apply for Taco Wars 2027!

This application is for vendors only. 

Taco competitors and sponsors must complete a seperate appliction.

Submissions of application does not gurantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed based on event suitability, product quality, professionalism, available space and category BALANCE.

Approved vendor will receive an acceptance and payment instructions. Your space IS NOT reserved or confirmed until the full vendor fee and all required documentation have been received.

Please provide correct and accurate information. Taco Wars reserves the right to approve, waitlist, or decline any application.

TACO WARS 2027 VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Application and acceptance: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. TACO WARS reserves the right to approve, deny or waitlist applicants based on event suitability, product quality, professionalism, available space and category balance.

Payment and confirmation: Approved vendors will receive payment instructions. Vendor placement is not reserved or confirmed until the selected package has been paid in full. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in the space being offered to another vendor.

Vendor packages: Vendors must select only one package. Package benefits apply only to the package purchased and are nontransferable.
Products and services: Vendors may only display, promote or sell the products and services disclosed in their application and approved by  TACO WARS. Unauthorized, illegal, counterfeit, hazardous or inappropriate merchandise is prohibited. Changes require written approval before the event.

Beverages: NO ALCOHOL MAY BE SOLD AT THE VENUE BY A VENDOR.

Booth requirements: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, extension cords and other equipment unless otherwise stated. Tents must be properly weighted. Vendors may not exceed their assigned space or obstruct walkways, exits or neighboring vendors. 

Setup and breakdown: Vendors must follow all communicated arrival, setup, parking and breakdown instructions. Early breakdown is prohibited unless authorized by event management. Vendors are responsible for leaving their area clean and removing all property and waste.

Licenses, permits and insurance: Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, approvals and insurance required for their activities. Proof may be requested before participation.

Conduct and safety: Vendors and their representatives must behave professionally and follow all venue, fire, health, safety and event rules.  TACO WARS may remove a vendor for unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate conduct without refund.

Liability: Vendors are responsible for their property, equipment, employees, representatives, products and activities.  TACO WARS, the venue and their representatives are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, injury or interruption except where liability cannot legally be waived.

Cancellation and refunds: Vendor fees are nonrefundable unless  TACO WARS cancels the event and expressly authorizes a refund. Weather, emergencies, venue requirements or circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control may result in changes, postponement or cancellation.

Photography and promotion: Vendors grant  TACO WARS permission to photograph or record their booth, products and representatives during the event and to use that content for event-related promotional purposes.

Agreement: By submitting this application, the applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to these terms, event instructions and subsequent written policies issued by  TACO WARS.
