Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Elyse and Rose 1st Birthday Bash! We’re so excited to bring together local businesses, makers, food vendors, and our community for a fun day of shopping and celebrating on October 17th from 10 AM–3 PM in Selmer, TN.

We are looking for a variety of unique vendors and small businesses to help make the event special. Applications are open to boutiques, handmade goods, jewelry and accessories, baked goods and sweets, specialty products, food trucks, and other unique businesses. To help us offer shoppers a good variety, vendor categories may be limited and applications are subject to approval.

Approved vendors will receive additional information regarding booth placement, parking, setup, and breakdown prior to the event. Vendors should plan to have their booths completely set up before the event begins at 10 AM and remain set up until 3 PM. Food vendors are responsible for meeting any applicable permits, licensing, and food safety requirements.

Please provide accurate information and photos when completing your application so we can get to know your business and the products you plan to bring. We can’t wait to celebrate ONE year of Elyse and Rose with you!

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for the Elyse and Rose 1st Birthday Bash on October 17th from 10 AM–3 PM in Selmer, Tennessee.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be selected based on product offerings, available space, and the overall variety of the event. Elyse and Rose reserves the right to limit duplicate or similar vendor categories.

Approved vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, and any other supplies needed for their booth unless otherwise stated. All tents and displays must be properly secured for safety. Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and free of hazards throughout the event.

Vendors must arrive during the designated setup period and have their booth completely ready before the event begins at 10 AM. Vendors are expected to remain set up until the event ends at 3 PM unless prior arrangements have been approved by the event organizer. Additional instructions regarding setup, booth placement, parking, and breakdown will be provided to approved vendors before the event.

Vendors may only sell or promote the products and services included in their approved application unless permission is received in advance. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes and for obtaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or other documentation required for their business or products. Food and beverage vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable health, food safety, and permitting requirements.

Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, displays, employees, and personal belongings. Elyse and Rose and the event property owners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injury, or other losses associated with participation in the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

This is an outdoor event and may be affected by weather or other circumstances outside of the organizer’s control. Elyse and Rose reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event hours, layout, vendor placement, or event operations when necessary for safety or event management.
