Community Partners

Partner with Us at the South Riding Fall Fest!

We are inviting local non-profits, civic groups, public services, and youth organizations to join us as Community Partners for the annual South Riding Fall Fest, presented by Rappaport!

This is an excellent opportunity to engage directly with local families, educate attendees on your mission, and showcase your services in a fun, lively setting.

• Special Offer: FREE Booth Space for Interactive Booths!
• Booth Fee: WAIVED ($0 Fee)
• The Exchange: In exchange for a completely waived vendor fee, Community Partners are required to feature an INTERACTIVE booth experience for guests.
• Why? Our goal is to heighten the overall event experience through hands-on engagement. Your activation should offer guests a activity, demonstration, game, craft, or educational display rather than just printed materials.

Spaces are limited to ensure a diverse mix of quality local vendors.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.

• Partners must supply their own 10x10 tent, tables, chairs, and interactive booth materials.
• Tent Weights: For safety compliance, all 10x10 tents MUST be secured with a minimum of 25 lbs of weight per leg (100 lbs total).
