Chalk Art Festival Vendors

All food trucks must be fully compliant to participate. Key requirements include: Propane leak test required Fire extinguishers must be current and not expired.

Vendors must stay until the end of the event. Late arrivals and leaving early will be barred from all future events Palmetto Downtown Main Street (PDMS) events.

Vendor fees are non-refundable!

All vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with your application. Palmetto Downtown Main Street must be listed as an additional insured. Applications without this certificate, payment, and all supporting documents will not be considered.

Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received to ensure a fair process. To provide a diverse experience for all attendees, we avoid duplication of items. Our Event Staff will work with each vendor to finalize the approved food and drink offerings, ensuring a unique selection for the event.
