About the application

The participation of community non-profit groups is an important part of the Johns Creek International Festival and helps to create an immersive and truly multicultural environment for our guests.

We are committed to selecting a variety participants to exceed our guests’ expectations.

Your fee INCLUDES a table(s), and chairs. You ARE allowed to bring additional tables and chairs. If you choose to bring your own tent, please indicate on the application.

Electricity Fees:
20AMP - $80 per connection

About the event

The 2023 Johns Creek International Festival is a celebration of the best traditional food, music and art from around the world and your own backyard. We invite everyone to come dance, eat, drink and play on Hiesman field located across from the Atlanta Athletic Club, 1930 Bobby Jones Drive.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If selected, all vendors’ fees must be paid in full by March 28, 2022.
No partial payments will be accepted.
Any application postmarked or received after March 16, 2022 will not be accepted.
Fees are non-refundable.
Insurance is required

Liability The City of Johns Creek will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, damages or injuries, or any cause above and beyond the control of the festival. We appreciate everyone's cooperation. By participating in this Festival, you agree that neither the City of johns Creek, the Atlanta Athletic Club, the Johns Creek Arts Center, Johns Creek Convention and Visitor Bureau, nor their agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that may occur to the exhibitor or vendor, their agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the cause.
