Vendor Application – Artisans, Makers, Vintage, Food & Small Businesses.

Join us for Holiday Faire at the Square, a festive holiday art and craft market featuring artists, makers, crafters, and small businesses from throughout the area.

With the holiday shopping season in full swing, this is a great opportunity to get your products in front of shoppers looking for unique gifts and seasonal finds.

Vendor space is limited, so apply early to be considered.

• You will not be charged when you submit your application. Your payment method will only be charged if your application is approved for Holiday Faire at the Square.
• Any processing or platform fees are charged by the payment processor and Eventeny and are separate from the vendor fee charged by Holiday Faire at the Square / Sasquatch Promotions.
• All vendor fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable once an application has been approved, unless the event is cancelled by Sasquatch Promotions or the venue.
• Holiday Faire at the Square is a completely indoor event.
• By participating in the event, vendors agree to make a reasonable effort to help promote the event through their social media, email lists, or other available channels.
• Vendors who arrive late or fail to appear may forfeit their assigned space without refund.
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) companies are not permitted.
• Vendor spaces are intended for artists, makers, crafters, and small businesses. Larger corporations interested in sponsorship or partnership opportunities should contact events@sasquatchpromotions.com.
• A limited number of tables may be available to rent with advance notice. Vendors are otherwise responsible for bringing their own table and chairs
• Booth placement is determined by the event organizer and is generally assigned based on event layout, vendor category, and the order in which approved applications and payments are received. Specific placement requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Vendors may only sell or display products that were disclosed in their application and approved by the event organizer. Significant changes to merchandise or product categories must be approved in advance.
• Vendors may not share, transfer, or resell their booth space without prior approval from Sasquatch Promotions.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean, safe, and within the boundaries of their assigned area throughout the event.
• Vendors are responsible for complying with any applicable licensing, permit, tax, insurance, and product-safety requirements related to their business and merchandise.
• Vendors must follow the event's scheduled setup, operating, and breakdown times. Early breakdown is not permitted without approval from the event organizer.
• Sasquatch Promotions reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a vendor whose merchandise, conduct, or setup does not comply with event rules or creates a safety concern.
• By participating, vendors acknowledge that event attendance and individual vendor sales are not guaranteed.
• Vendors may purchase Friday early setup in advance for an additional $25. Early setup will be available Friday from 2:00 PM–8:00 PM. Vendors who do not purchase Friday early setup may set up from 6:30 AM–8:30 AM on the morning of the event.
• Counterfeit, or knowingly misrepresented products are not permitted. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all merchandise they offer is authentic and legally permitted to be sold.
• By participating you are agreeing that your booth will be decorated in some form and manner to represent a holiday market.
