Rev your engines and join us for the 2026 Depot Days Car Show Extravaganza during the 46th Annual Hartselle Depot Days Festival! Classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods, trucks, and more are invited to participate.

The Car Show will take place Saturday, September 19 from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, with participant arrival beginning at 8:00 AM at 210 SE Hickory St., Hartselle, AL.

🏆 Awards include People’s Choice, Mayor’s Choice, Depot Days Director’s Choice, plus door prizes.

2026 Depot Days Car Show – Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application and registering for the 2026 Depot Days Car Show Extravaganza, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Fees: Car Show registration is $20 per vehicle. Registration is not considered complete until the application and payment have been received.

Event Date & Arrival: The Car Show will be held Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at 210 SE Hickory St., Hartselle, AL. Participant arrival and check-in will begin at 8:00 AM. Vehicles should be parked and ready for the show before the event begins.

Vehicle Placement: All participants must follow instructions from Car Show staff regarding check-in, vehicle placement, parking, and departure. Spaces may be assigned at the discretion of event organizers.

Safety: Vehicles must be operated safely at all times. Reckless driving, burnouts, excessive revving, speeding, or other unsafe behavior will not be permitted. Participants may be asked to leave the event for failure to follow safety instructions.

Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their vehicle and all personal belongings during the event. The Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce, Depot Days Festival, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and property owners are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents associated with participation in the Car Show, to the extent permitted by law.

Awards: Judging and award decisions are final. Awards may include People’s Choice, Mayor’s Choice, Depot Days Director’s Choice, and other prizes or recognitions determined by event organizers.

Photos & Promotion: By participating, registrants grant permission for photographs and/or video of their vehicle and participation in the event to be used by the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce for promotional, marketing, social media, and future Depot Days purposes without additional compensation.

Event Changes: The Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to modify event times, locations, layouts, procedures, or other details when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, circumstances beyond its control, or operational needs.

Rules & Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all instructions provided by Car Show staff, Depot Days organizers, law enforcement, and other authorized event personnel.
