DFW Fall Fest 2026 – Vendor & Business Partner Application

There is no fee to submit this application. Vendor participation is paid, with standard booth opportunities starting at $500.

Join us for DFW Fall Fest 2026, a large family-focused community event bringing thousands of families together in Frisco, Texas!

Our previous DFW Fall Fest generated more than 15,000 free tickets through Eventbrite, and participating businesses also benefit from promotion to our established audience of 30,000+ DFW families.

DFW Fall Fest features live entertainment, character experiences, games, family activities, photo opportunities, giveaways, a petting zoo, and more.

We are currently accepting applications from businesses and organizations that are a strong fit for DFW families. Standard vendor opportunities start at $500 and include a 10' x 10' booth space with one 6' table and two chairs, plus marketing exposure before the event.

Additional sponsorships, interactive activations, and prime-placement opportunities are also available for businesses looking for increased visibility.

PLEASE NOTE: DFW Fall Fest is a curated event. Applications are reviewed for fit and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Booth space and sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may close as categories or placements fill.

Vendors are informational/promotional only; onsite retail sales are not permitted. Approved product sampling may be permitted.

DFW FALL FEST 2026 – APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following:

Application & Acceptance: DFW Fall Fest is a curated event. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a booth, sponsorship, activation, or other event placement. All applications are subject to approval by DFW Fall Fest.

Booth Reservation: If accepted, participation is not confirmed until the applicable participation fee has been paid and any required agreement or onboarding information has been completed. Opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out or close by category.

Event Date & Location: DFW Fall Fest will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at Frisco Fresh Market in Frisco, Texas. The event is rain or shine.

Vendor Activity: Vendor booths are intended for business promotion, community engagement, demonstrations, and approved sampling. Onsite retail sales are not permitted. Food or beverage sampling must be approved in advance.

Booth Setup: Standard booth spaces are approximately 10' x 10' and include one 6' table and two chairs. Vendors are responsible for their own tent/canopy and booth materials. All tents/canopies must be properly weighted.

Power & Connectivity: Electricity is not provided. Generators are not permitted. Wi-Fi is not guaranteed. Vendors requiring power should plan to use appropriate battery-powered equipment.

Event Operations: Approved vendors will receive additional setup, parking, load-in, safety, and event-day instructions before the event and agree to comply with those requirements.

Cancellation & Refunds: Participation fees are non-refundable. DFW Fall Fest is scheduled to take place rain or shine.
