Food Vendors

DUE TO OVERWHELMING RESPONSE, ALL FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW BEING WAITLISTED.  ____________________________________________ The Johns Creek International Festival is a celebration of the best traditional food, music and art from around the world and our own backyard. We invite everyone to come listen, eat, drink and play on April 29, 2023 at Heisman Field across from the Atlanta Athletic Club. Please complete this form to secure your booth space. Applications will not be accepted after March 16, 2023. Your fee INCLUDES a tent, table(s), and chairs, if needed. Please be sure to indicate below if you are bringing your own tent.  You ARE allowed to bring additional tables and chairs. Vendors Fees:
10ft x 10ft - $160
10ft x 20ft - $260
 
Electricity Fees:
20AMP - $80 per connection
30AMP - $100 per connection  

The 2023 Johns Creek International Festival is a celebration of the best traditional food, music and art from around the world and your own backyard. We invite everyone to come dance, eat, drink and play on Hiesman field located across from the Atlanta Athletic Club, 1930 Bobby Jones Drive.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• If selected, all vendors’ fees must be paid in full by March 16, 2023. 
• No partial payments will be accepted. 
• Any application postmarked or received after March 16, 2023 will not be accepted. 
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Fees will be charged upon approval.

 InsuranceAll food vendors will be required to have a Certificate of Insurance for this event.  
You must have your insurance agent mail or email us a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed. The City of Johns Creek must listed as an additional insured. 
 
The City’s minimum insurance requirements are as follows:

• $1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence
• $3,000,000.00 Aggregate
• $100,000.00 Damage to Rented Premises

4. https://www.actinsurance.com Liability The City of Johns Creek will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, damages or injuries, or any cause above and beyond the control of the festival. We appreciate everyone's cooperation. By participating in this Festival, you agree that neither the City of johns Creek, the Atlanta Athletic Club, the Johns Creek Arts Center, Johns Creek Convention and Visitor Bureau, nor their agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that may occur to the exhibitor or vendor, their agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the cause.
