Bazaar Vendor Application - RIS 2026

Once your registration has been submitted, our team will review your application to confirm eligibility and product alignment with RIS event standards.

Registration and Approval:

Submission of this form does not guarantee participation in RIS 2026.All pre-registrations will be reviewed and approved by RIS Management based on product suitability, space availability, and event guidelines.Vendors may be asked to provide additional information or clarification during the review process.Only approved vendors will receive an email with further instructions.

Booth Allocation and Booking:

Booth allocation will operate in the following priority. Sponsors and Marketing Packages, Legacy Vendors, 2025 Award Winners, General Vendor bookings.

Management reserves the right to adjust booth assignments if required to accommodate marketing package placements or logistical considerations.

Larger organizations, financial institutions, and charitable or not-for-profit groups wishing to book four booths are required to purchase a Silver or higher marketing package. This ensures fair access for small businesses while providing enhanced visibility and benefits for larger or established organizations.

All applications will be reviewed to ensure fairness and compliance.

Booth Sharing and Subletting:

Booth sharing or subletting is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from RIS Management.Unauthorized sharing or subletting will result in immediate removal from the event and exclusion from future participation.

Product and Display Standards:

RIS reserves the right to decline or remove any product, service, or display deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the event.All vendors must comply with venue, health, safety, and fire regulations, as directed by RIS staff.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Once a vendor has been approved and payment completed, no refund will be issued after December 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or policy violations.

Conduct and Compliance:

Vendors are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times.Any violation of RIS policies, event rules, or directions from staff may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future RIS events. 

RIS maintains a zero tolerance policy for flyer distribution in spaces other than the vendors own booth allocations.

Agreement:

By submitting this pre-registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions, and that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
