About the application
Be a part of our EOY Super Collectorfest event. Our final planned show of the year. Back where it all all started. This is the show that started it all for us. This is a growing event and considered our "home show". The space will be over 15,000 sq ft of awesome stuff! We limit certain items like Funko & Pokemon at our events so please include pictures and a detailed list of items you plan to bring to the event. Your space includes:Table, Chairs, and space behind your table. Setup Times: Friday after 3pm and then Saturday at: 6:30am

Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions: Reservation of Tables: Your table is reserved once you are approved and paid. Refunds & Cancellations: You can cancel up to 14 days out from the show and still receive a refund. We do not provide refunds within 14 days of the show. Arrival Times / Table Forfeit: Your space is subject to forfeit if you do not show up to the event within 30 minutes of the show opening. Vendor Closing Expectations: Vendors are expected to be setup for the ENTIRE event. Vendors can pack-up within 30 min of show closing on Sunday. Please do not apply if you cannot setup both days OR contact us first so we can make special arrangements.
