VENDOR APPLICATION 10X10

Apply to vend at our Shop Small Vintage Market, a curated market focused on vintage clothing, accessories, home goods, collectibles, and other one-of-a-kind finds. We’re seeking vendors whose inventory aligns with the vintage nature of the event and adds to a thoughtful, well-curated shopping experience.

Our goal is to create a thoughtfully curated market featuring quality vintage and upcycled goods while celebrating small businesses and encouraging our community to shop small.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before applying. 

Submission of an application indicates that you have read and agree to abide by the vendor requirements and market policies.

VENDOR CATEGORIES
For this market, we are accepting vendors offering:

Vintage
Vintage clothing, accessories, jewelry, furniture, home goods, housewares, collectibles, décor, and other vintage finds. Vintage merchandise must be at least 20 years old.

Upcycled Goods
Original goods created by repurposing, altering, restoring, or creatively transforming existing or vintage materials. Upcycled items should reflect the spirit and aesthetic of the market. No wholesale, MLM, drop-shipped, or mass-produced merchandise will be accepted.

Nostalgia reserves the right to determine whether merchandise is appropriate for the market.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

All vendors must submit 4 photos with their application. Photos may include:
● Products you plan to sell
● Your booth or display
● Photos from previous markets

Applications are reviewed to ensure that merchandise and displays are a good fit for the overall market.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

VENDOR FEE

Vendor Fee: $50

Your space is not confirmed until your application has been accepted and the vendor fee has been paid.

Vendor fees are for one 10' x 10' space.

Booth locations will be assigned by Nostalgia. Vendors may not move, trade, or share spaces without prior approval.

MARKET & SETUP TIMES
Saturday, November 28, 2026
Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM–9:30 AM
Market Hours: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

All vendors must be completely set up and ready by 9:30 AM.

Please allow yourself plenty of time for unloading, parking, tent setup, merchandising, and final preparations before the market opens.

Vendors arriving after 9:30 AM may forfeit their space and may not be permitted to set up.

If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact Nostalgia as soon as possible.

BREAKDOWN

Breakdown may begin after the market closes at 3:00 PM.

Vendors may not begin packing or breaking down their booth early without prior approval from Nostalgia.

This is important for both customer experience and safety. Vendors who leave early without approval may not be considered for future markets.

BOOTH REQUIREMENTS

Vendors are responsible for providing everything necessary for their own 10' x 10' booth, including:
● 10' x 10' tent/canopy
● Tables
● Clothing racks and other display fixtures
● Table coverings
● Chairs, if desired
● Tent weights
● Any other supplies necessary to operate your booth
Booths should be clean, organized, inviting, and thoughtfully merchandised.

Tent Weights — Required

Every tent leg must be secured with a minimum of 25 lbs. of weight per leg.

Sandbag-style or other properly secured canopy weights are strongly recommended. Tent stakes alone do not satisfy the weight requirement. This requirement is for the safety of vendors, customers, merchandise, and surrounding booths.

Vendors without adequate tent weights may be required to remove their tent or may not be permitted to participate.

MERCHANDISE & DISPLAY STANDARDS
To maintain a cohesive and elevated market experience:
● Vintage merchandise must be 20+ years old.
● All merchandise must be clearly priced/tagged.
● Clothing vendors must use matching hangers.
● Booths should remain neat and well stocked throughout the market.
● Vendors may only sell merchandise that fits the categories represented and approved through their application.

● Merchandise deemed inappropriate, unsafe, counterfeit, mass-produced, or inconsistent with the market may be required to be removed.

SALES & PAYMENT PROCESSING

Each vendor operates independently and is responsible for processing their own transactions.

Vendors must provide their own method of accepting payment, including any:
● Cash/change
● Credit/debit card processing
● Mobile payment apps
● Other payment methods

Vendors are also responsible for any applicable sales tax, permits, licenses, or other requirements associated with operating their business. Nostalgia will not process transactions on behalf of vendors.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS

Vendor fees help cover the planning, promotion, and operation of the market and reserve a space that could otherwise be offered to another vendor.

If you need to withdraw, please contact Nostalgia as soon as possible.

14+ days before the market: Full refund.

7–13 days before the market: Refund may be issued if we are able to fill your space with another approved vendor.

Less than 7 days before the market: Vendor fee is non-refundable.

No-shows and cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable.

Emergency circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

This is an outdoor market and vendors should come prepared for normal seasonal weather conditions.

If severe or unsafe weather requires Nostalgia to cancel the market, vendors will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Any cancellation or refund policy related to severe weather will be communicated to participating vendors.

Nostalgia reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel the event when conditions create a safety concern for vendors or guests.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Vendors participate in the market at their own risk and are responsible for themselves, their employees or helpers, merchandise, equipment, displays, tents, and other personal property.

Vendors are responsible for properly securing tents, racks, displays, signs, tables, and merchandise to prevent injury or property damage.

Nostalgia is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended merchandise or personal property.

Vendors are responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by their booth setup, merchandise, equipment, employees, helpers, or business operations.

By participating, vendors agree to release and hold harmless Nostalgia, its owners, employees, representatives, property owners, and event partners from claims arising from their participation in the market to the fullest extent permitted by law.

VENDOR CONDUCT

We want this to be a welcoming, collaborative market for vendors and shoppers.

Vendors are expected to:

● Treat customers, neighboring vendors, staff, and property respectfully.
● Keep their booth and surrounding area clean.
● Follow instructions from Nostalgia staff regarding setup, safety, parking, and breakdown.
● Remain with and operate their booth throughout market hours.
● Remove all merchandise, displays, trash, and belongings at the end of the event.

Nostalgia reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave for unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

By submitting an application and participating in Nostalgia’s Shop Small Vintage Market on Saturday, November 28, 2026, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Vendor Guidelines.

I understand that:
● Acceptance is at the discretion of Nostalgia.
● My merchandise must meet the market's vintage and/or upcycled requirements.
● My booth must be fully set up and ready by 9:30 AM.
● I must provide a properly weighted 10' x 10' tent and all of my own booth equipment.
● I am responsible for processing my own sales and payments.
● I am responsible for my merchandise, equipment, property, and booth safety.
● I may not break down before 3:00 PM without approval.
● Failure to follow market guidelines may result in removal from the market and/or affect
eligibility for future Nostalgia markets.
