Food Truck/ Trailer Vendor

Details of load in and load out will be providing via email closer to the date with specifics on where you will be stationed. 

All Food trucks must have a hand washing station and fire extinguisher as required per the department of health.

Terms & Condition - El Coqui Festival (August 20,21,22 2027) 

By applying as a vendor, you agree to the following: 

Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must follow assigned load-in and load-out times. Details regarding your exact location will be provided closer to the date.
Cancellations: Payment must be made within 10 days of receiving your acceptance email. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your spot will be offered to the next applicant in your category on our waitlist. Please note that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable for this event. If you cancel, refunds will not be provided—please do not request them.
Behavior & Safety: Respectful conduct is expected from all vendors toward attendees, staff, and fellow vendors. Disruptive or discriminatory behavior may resuly in removal without refund.
Sales Tax: Vendors are required to complete and submit RI Temporary Sales Tax Permit form and be prepared to show proof of submission before the event. If you do not have a RI sales tax permit please be prepared to fill one out on the date of the festival and be ready to submit payment to the RI tax division via check. 
Approval: All Things Tropical y El Coqui Festival reserves the right to approve or deny applications in order to maintain a balanced and inclusive vendor floor. 
Food Vendor: Vendors are required to submit food business license, proof of insurance, RI sales tax permit. Food trucks will be inspected prior to the start of the event.  
Electricity: No electricity is provided. Vendors are responisble for bringing their own tents (10x10), tables, chairs, and electricity. 
Booth size: Shared booth is prohibited/ not allowed. 

This event will be RAIN OR SHINE. 

Woonsocket City Council Application: The City of Woonsocket requires all food sellers to obtain a food vendor license through the city. You will need to reach out to the city of Woonsocket to become apart of the Street Vendor List. If you are not on this list unfortunately you will not be able to sell.

Terminos y condicione - El Coqui Festival (Agosto 20,21,22 2027)

Al solicitar ser vendedor, usted acepta lo siguiente:

Montaje y desmontaje: Los vendedores deben cumplir con los horarios asignados de carga y descarga. Los detalles de donde estara localizado se enviaran mas cerca de la fecha. 
Cancelaciones: El pago debe realizarse dentro de los 10 días posteriores a recibir su correo electrónico de aceptación. Si el pago no se recibe dentro de este plazo, su espacio será ofrecido al siguiente solicitante de su categoría en nuestra lista de espera. Tenga en cuenta que todos los pagos son finales, no reembolsables y no transferibles para este evento. Si usted cancela, no se emitirán reembolsos—por favor, no los solicite.
Comportamiento y seguridad: Se espera una conducta respetuosa de todos los vendedores hacia los asistentes, el personal y los demás vendedores. El comportamiento disruptivo o discriminatorio puede resultar en la expulsión sin reembolso.

Impuestos sobre las ventas: Los vendedores deben completar y enviar el formulario de Permiso Temporal de Impuestos sobre las Ventas de RI y presentar el comprobante de envío antes del evento.Si no tiene un permiso de impuesto sobre ventas de Rhode Island, por favor esté preparado para completar uno el día del festival y enviar el pago a la División de Impuestos de RI mediante cheque.

Aprobación: All Things Tropical y El Coqui Festival se reserva el derecho de aprobar o rechazar las solicitudes para mantener un espacio de venta equilibrado e inclusivo.

Vendedor de alimentos: Los vendedores deben presentar la licencia de negocio de alimentos, comprobante de seguro y el permiso de impuestos sobre las ventas de RI.

Electricidad: No se proporciona electricidad.

Los vendedores son responsables de traer sus propias carpas (10x10), mesas, sillas y electricidad.

Tamaño de la carpa: Se prohíbe/no se permite compartir carpas.

Este evento se realizará llueva o haga sol.

Aplicación del Municipal de Woonsocket:
La Ciudad de Woonsocket requiere que todos los vendedores de alimentos obtengan una licencia de vendedor de comida a través de la ciudad. Debe comunicarse con el la cuidad de Woonsocket city clerk para solicitar un “ Street Vendor Permit”. Sin este permiso, NO se le permitirá vender comida o bebidas.
