NEXCON 2026 Food Vendor Application

By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following:

• Food vendor participation is $300, plus 10% of gross sales generated during NEXCON 2026, as required by the venue.

• Vendor space is not confirmed until the application has been approved and all required payments have been completed.

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, inspections, food-handler certifications, insurance, and other documentation required to legally operate.

• Vendors are responsible for complying with all Cleveland County Convention Center policies and applicable city, county, and state health and safety requirements.

• Vendors must provide their own equipment, supplies, staffing, point-of-sale system, and any other materials necessary to operate unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Any electrical or power requirements must be disclosed before the event. Do not assume power will be available unless it has been confirmed by NEXCON staff.

• Vendors must operate only within their assigned location and follow designated load-in, operating, and load-out times.

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned area clean and properly disposing of trash, grease, wastewater, and other materials.

• Vendors may not transfer, sell, or share their assigned space without written approval from NEXCON.

• NEXCON reserves the right to deny or remove a vendor for unsafe practices, misrepresentation, failure to comply with venue requirements, or conduct that negatively affects the event.

• Fees are non-refundable after the vendor's space has been confirmed, except in the event that NEXCON cancels the event.

Additional setup and event instructions will be provided to approved vendors before NEXCON 2026.
